Important things to know when planning a trip to Exuma:
- Renting a car is highly recommended. Almost all of our guests rent cars for the duration of their stay and it is the best and easiest way to explore the island. Additionally, Exuma is unlike other islands - golf carts are not a typical form of transport on the main roads.
- Protect yourself from the unpredictable. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip that protects against any unexpected travel disruptions or delays. We’d be happy to recommend specific providers.
- Thinking of a boat rental Boat rentals on Exuma are typically daily rentals only (no overnights). Therefore, it may not be necessary to pick your house based on the presence of a dock. If you’re bringing your own boat and your property doesn’t have a dock, please identify your closest Marina (provided above).
- Thinking about a private chef On Exuma - regardless of where you stay - most private chefs charge about $50–$100 per person, per meal on average. This usually includes the cost of groceries and a full menu (for example, a starter, main, and dessert, or a larger spread for breakfast or lunch). Keep in mind, this is just a general guideline for budgeting. Final pricing depends on: group size, menu requests, cost of food, and style of service. We always recommend sharing your preferences directly with the chef to receive an accurate quote tailored to your needs.
- Plan ahead: Restaurant reservations are recommended for peak seasons, particularly for large groups!

Other Rules:
- No parties. No exceeding guest count on property.
- Minimum 7-night stay over peak or holiday seasons and/or weekend to weekend bookings.
- Christmas (night of the 25th) and New Years Eve (night of the 31st) cannot be booked together, except for stays of 14 nights or longer.
- Instant bookings are subject to 24-hour review to ensure adherence to house rules.

Boundless is the perfect home for large families. It comes well equipped with all the essential needs and so many extras! Our family stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed having the heated pool in the evenings. Everything worked as it should and the house was very clean. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed by friendly staff who checked up on us regularly. Absolutely top notch. For incredible views and private beaches this is a dream.

We had an amazing 5-star stay at Boundless! From booking to checkout communication was great, and the home and property - especially the beach - were fabulous. It is so nice and sandy, you can walk for miles each way. And the water is perfect for little ones; shallow along the beach, and not too wavy, but there's plenty of sea to swim and kayak in. It was also a treat to relax in the spa whenever we wanted, then refresh in the pool. The views from the pool and deck (and home) are lovely. The home is beautifully set up, clean, and well-appointed. There was nothing we lacked for - the hosts though of everything! The property managers too were so helpful and available if we had any questions or needed something. We had such a great time. We will be back!

This home is amazing! Beautifully situated and well-appointed. The ocean and beach were incredible and we made the most of it — kayaking, snorkelling, swimming — and even on windy days (of which we had a few!), it’s relatively calm. We were looking for quiet and relaxing, and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Take a walk down the beach in either direction, and you can go for lunch or a drink; take a longer walk and find picture-perfect sand bars and wading. If we needed anything or had any questions about places to go or services on the island, the response time was immediate. Another feature we really loved was the separate living spaces — the younger set could stay up later while the older folks could head to bed. :slightly_smiling_face: We’ll be back!

Who could not love Exuma? It’s a beautiful island with truly happy and welcoming people. We were a group of adults coming for relaxation and quality time together.The house is wonderful. Exceptionally outfitted, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable for our group. The kitchen is well appointed, with all the comforts of home, including a wine refrigerator, ice maker, water filtration system, and plenty of cookware for preparing & serving meals. We chose Boundless for the sandy beach with beautiful views, and a pool & hot tub. We wanted seclusion and this was like having a private beach to yourself. The water was calm and perfect for swimming and kayaking. Walks on the beach were therapeutic, and it’s within walking distance to a beach bar with great food and drinks. The property is a little remote, which was what we preferred, but it does require driving to all amenities. The road into the property is an experience…be prepared for rough terrain! We did have some issues during our stay. Although the property manager was very responsive, it was very disappointing not being able to use the hot tub multiple nights of our stay. With frequent power outages, the hot tub circuit was tripped, and guests do not have access to the breaker box to reset the controls. It was a very slow process to send someone out to get it turned back on. Note, there is a whole house generator, so we were never without power, and that was greatly appreciated. Overall, it was an amazing stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Boundless. First and foremost, the location is ideal if you're looking for natural beauty and seclusion. We were there on one of the busiest weeks of the year -- between Christmas and New Years -- and we saw almost nobody on Cocoplum beach. We had almost a mile of white sand and crystal clear waters to ourselves. There are very few houses within walking distance, but fortunately, there are a few small beach restaurants!The house is brand new and immaculate. You'll have everything you need for a great vacation -- beach chairs, snorkeling equipment and beach toys, comfortable furnishings, a well-appointed kitchen and a heated pool.The team that takes care of Boundless is very professional. They checked in with us multiple times and helped us with anything we needed. Check-in was a breeze and the hosts were friendly and prompt. If you want to be in the middle of all the action, this is not the place for you. But if you value seclusion, privacy, beautiful scenery, comfort and Caribbean hospitality -- this is definitely the spot!I'd give this house 10 stars if VRBO would let me!
