The property location is amazing! David was responsive and friendly.

Property ok. Needs landscape work - lots of weeds and overgrown shrubs. Only one bathroom upstairs for three bedrooms. Poor quality outdoor furniture-patio umbrellas wont stay up in stands. Dryer and keurig coffee maker not working properly.

We loved the area and location to many things. We had a fabulous time till rain appeared on and off for couple of days but were able to do some indoor activities. All 8 of us enjoyed the two weeks. Thanks again!

My family and I stayed here the past week and had a great time. The house was well supplied with games, puzzles, entertainment and pool toys as well as dish ware, beach accessories and laundry supplies. David was extremely responsive and check in and out was simple and stress-free. The location was excellent, with passes to a private beach included but close enough for a quick drive to Narragansett Town Beach and all the amenities of Narragansett and the surrounding area. The neighborhood was quiet and the view was spectacular. It was just what we needed for a relaxing, easy week away.

Great property with some newer updates (bathrooms) - plenty of space for our bigger family and David was fantastic to make sure we have what we needed for the stay as well as checking in with us etc. The location is great for water views right from the house. Great neighborhood to walk in as well and good food etc close by.

The property manager was most accommodating and accessible. The property itself was well kept, spacious, and as advertised, a Bonnett Oasis!

This property is a beach vacation dream with the added bonus of an amazing pool & outside lawn area for outdoor games! The home is very spacious and comfortable, and the views are amazing!! It is centrally located with lots to do, great restaurants, Brickley’s ice cream, a short ride to Newport and quick ferry ride over to Block Island:) You have access to Kelly beach, a private beach for those staying in the Bonnet Shore area, as well as a quick drive to Narragansett and Scarborough beaches. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and look forward to returning next summer!!!

Excellent well-managed property.

We spent a week at the house in August with our extended family of 5 adults and 4 kids. The location is just amazing with fantastic views and a great neighborhood for walking. Newer bathrooms and lots of spaces to relax around the house made the stay much more pleasant. David was super responsive as well (instant propane delivery for the grill!) The only things we would have changed would have been a heater or a cover for the pool (was quite chilly for the kids on cloudy days) and a larger bed in the ocean-facing primary bedroom. Overall we had a wonderful time and made great memories at the house - would definitely return again!
