Ocean Front Home, Sleeps 13, Steps to the Ocean!

We spent the week with all of our children and grandchildren. We had a great week and enjoyed the house. We were wondering if the grills could be replaced. The back is rotted out on both. Frankly, it’s a little scary. However, we used them successfully and cooked some great meals!

We had 11 people across 3 generations in the house for a week and it was delightful. Views of the ocean from the house were enjoyed by all, as was the short walk to the beach. Short enough to go back to the house for lunch or stroll the beach early morning or in the late evenings. The house itself was great for us with plenty of rooms, beds, and bathrooms. We even had one stay on the pull-out sofa off the kitchen. Note for senior visitors, there is an unexpected single step up to the dining table and kitchen from the upstairs family room which took some getting used to and caused a bit of worry from the younger crowd for the seniors walking through there. Pool was well enjoyed by our young adults almost every day. Property managers were responsive to all our requests and reports. Would 100% stay again in this house or another from the same group if our 4 families schedules all line up again!

We love your home. This is the second year we have stayed there. Our hope is to make 2026 our third.

This lovely, spacious house is a short walk to the beach, clean, airy, comfortable and well equipped to meet all needs. Beautiful views from porch and oversized windows facing the ocean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

Rented for a bachelorette with 12 girls, was perfect size. The top floor has amazing views with panoramic window placement. The pool in the back is a great hangout too or use for a pool day with multiple decks. The beach is just across the street. Would note that half our girls flew in so only 5/6 cars fit in the driveway & the police will ticket street cars. I will say you can hear everything below if people are upstairs but that was really the only thing! Otherwise perfect!

What a lovely home to stay in with family over the holiday! One of the nicest rentals we have ever experienced! Clean, well-stocked kitchen, easy walk to the beach, beautiful views of the ocean, spacious. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!

If you love the ocean, this is the property for you. The bedroom accommodations also comfortable, clean, and pretty! Open the sliders and listen to the sounds of the sea. The only drawback is the number of stairs and the steepness thereof. That feature should be considered if older people are among the renters. Otherwise, a dream property!!
