Big sea front villa close to beaches and surf spots

Property is in a nice quiet location from which you are able to walk to both restaurants and stores, as well as the beach and surfing lessons. (You can also take a nice walk all the way to Ericeira centrum if up for it!) The house is very personal and homely, yet spacious and worked well for our big group of 13 people including children aged 1,5 up to teenager. - The pingpong table was a big hit! - The LP section in main room added a nice touch! The AC downstairs was not working at the time of our stay, this caused some additional indoor humidity which could be felt, perhaps due to the weather at the time as well. We were offered air dryers to minimise the effects. AC's in the rest of the house was working well. Kitchen had all the appliances that we needed.

A comfortable family home ideal for visiting family with host items throughout adding interest. All usual required facilities provided and good pool (unheated). A/c unit issue on arrival quickly resolved by owner/agent. Short walk to shop/bars etc, short car/bus ride or longer walk to town centre or many surfing beaches. Good base for further trips to Lisbon, Sintra and coastline.

Property has facility after desciption. We can recommend property for families that want a splendid holiday! Swimmingpool was also clean and gardener come 2 times, distrubuted on our 10 days holiday. Owner of property was very nice, She really wanted to do everything to let us have a good time. They recommend us restaurants and which beaches to visit. WIFI is included. Only 40 minutes to Lisboa, which is one of the most beautiful citys in Europe. Rgd KP

I stayed at this house with 7 grownups and 1 child for 2 weeks. We had a wonderful time in this fully equipped property. The house provided everything we needed and we were allowed to use everything the place could offer. It is located quite close to the beach Ribeira d'Ilhas, but if you have a child or want to surf it is best to have a car even though it is just a 2 minute ride to Ericeira and the next beaches. The house itself is quite clean, in a calm neighbourhood with lots of rooms and bathrooms, a pool, 3 levels, all with balcony or terrace. Ericeira is a small town with lots of possibilites to eat, drink and party and Lisbon is only a 40 min ride by car (the public buses from Ericeira take a bit longer, though). The owner is very friendly and willing to answer all the questions you can come up with. I can totally recommend this property for a holiday stay. Especially for families with children (everything is child-friendly) or a bigger group of friends for a relaxed holiday.
