Big, beautiful home; 3 King bedrooms with granite and glass en suite baths.

I cannot say enough about this property and the hosts. We traveled with 3 couples and there was plenty of room and privacy for everyone. This is one of the largest 3 bedrooms we have stayed in on HHI. We were able to ride our bikes to Coligny, the beach, and to many restaurants. My husband loved the convenience of the golf course right in Shipyard. The hosts were amazing. We had a small situation with one of the appliances a couple of days in, and they immediately responded and took care of the issue immediately. We have rented from rental companies before who would not have done that. We will not hesitate to rent here again. The backpack beach chairs provided were great too!

The owner was very responsive to any questions I had. The place was just like described. Only complaint was all of the rain!!! lol.We will most definitely stay there again when we return to Hilton Head. Thank you for the opportunity.

Great condo for our family-2 parents and 3 adult children. Tennis & pickleball courts across the parking area, pool around the corner, near the end of a very quiet street. We had plenty of room, plus there were beach chairs provided.

We loved the condo. It was exactly as described and the owners are very nice and helpful. We are looking forward to staying there again!

Nice easy parking, beautiful grounds!

We had 5 adults and a small dog staying at the house. It was great! We had plenty of room to hang out while in between events. The house is super comfortable and convenient to everything on the island. Communication with the property owners was excellent. We had zero issues while staying there for 8 days. We would stay there again for sure.

Loved the location and a lot of things a bike ride away. Also loved that the tennis and pickleball courts were right there.

Once again we had an excellent stay at this beautiful residence. The home is always clean and well appointed and hosted by lovely people. We highly recommend.

Outstanding Villa on every level! Size, views, amenities, comfort and so much more! Our family (6 adults) were delighted. Owner is a pleasure to work with and actually “cares” about your stay! I highly recommend this Villa. We couldn’t have found a better place to stay!!!

Great as always

Our adult children and their spouses came to visit us and this house worked out perfectly. Each couple had their own bedroom with private bath, there were great areas to sit and eat or chat together. There was plenty of parking right outside the door. We couldn't have asked for more. We even had a deer come and visit. The listing was very accurate and the owners were very responsive to any questions we had. The house is in a gated community and the area was VERY quiet.

We had a wonderful stay with family. More than enough space for 6 adults, house has great layout for family fun and game nights. Pickleball courts across the street and a short walk to the pool was definitely an added bonus. We hope to stay again!

This condo was very spacious and perfect for our trip!! We ran into a few issues throughout the week, but Shelley handled them all super quickly and made everything right! She so graciously paid for two of our meals due to issues (with AC and check in time). Amazing hosts. The condo is good length bike ride from the beach, but so fun to have the basketball and pickleball courts right across from our front door. Overall a great stay!

Check in was super easy and the owners were great. The house is more beautiful in person - just as described in the listing. Your family will have everything they need here and it’s more than suitable for a week plus stay. We will definitely be looking to stay here again!! Thank you Shelley and Joel!!

Great location. Convenient to pool, beach and sites

My family enjoyed this beautiful condo! Nice and close to the pool and tennis courts. We rode our bikes to the beach access entrance which was much easier than parking our car. I had to reach out to the owner a few times and got a response very quickly. Also very close bike ride to Coligny circle and the shops.

Family had a great time riding bikes around area and laying out in the beautiful pool. We actually saw deer on the beach at dusk. The house was comfortable for the 6 adults in our group. The only downside was there was no place to sit or gather outside and there was no working can opener in the kitchen.

The condo was perfect for our family trip. It was clean and had plenty of room for 3 adult couples and a 4 year old. The owners were very easy to work. I would definitely rent again.

Group of 3 couple stayed here for a tennis tournament at Van Der Meer Tennis center. Clean, spacious and well laid out house. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have no reservations staying there again.

The house is beautiful and the kitchen is very well-appointed. The access to the private beach was incredible. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This was the second time we stayed at this property and our second visit was just as enjoyable as the first. The property is located in a quiet section of the Shipyard Plantation which is convenient to the beach, stores, restaurants and golf as well as being dog friendly. The owners are extremely responsive and helpful. We look forward with great anticipation to our next visit!

House was very nice was roomy as advertised. Balconys were a plus. The couple of things i would reccomend would be amnties of salt,pepper, and sugar. I would definitly reccomend this house and would use it if we go back to this area. Shelley was very easy to get in touch with
