Beautifull Villa with POOL

We stayed here for a week and had a fantastic time! The hosts were very friendly, helpful and welcoming from the start. The garden and pool were maintained daily, which we really appreciated – especially with four kids in our group. The pool was absolutely invaluable in the Albanian heat and quickly became a favorite for both children and adults.The house was perfectly suited for six people – we were two adults and four children and had plenty of space. There was air conditioning in every room, which could be individually adjusted – a big plus. The kitchen was very well equipped, and all beds, rooms and bathrooms were fresh and thoughtfully arranged. Having two showers (one inside and one for rinsing off after the beach) was super practical.The location is great: close to restaurants and shops, and the beach is just a 2-minute walk away. There is a hotel being built nearby, which didn’t cause any noise issues during our stay. In fact, it provided a bit of shade over the pool during the hottest part of the day – which turned out to be welcome relief.That said, the ongoing construction did affect the sense of privacy to some extent, as it’s located very close to the house.It was also easy to reach the hosts during our stay if we had any questions or needed anything – they were always available and kind.We were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this lovely house to anyone planning a trip to Golem!

We stayed at the villa for a week and loved it. The villa is beautifully renovated, with all the mod cons you need (including a dishwasher!) The outside space was lovely too, lots of seating areas with lovely lighting etc...The pool was enjoyed by everyone, ( even the bigger kids age 14 & 18). The location is a minute from the beach and restaurants etc... We hired a car to explore the area but I don't feel it was necessary here. There are some construction works going on nearby but once in the oasis of the villa, you don't see or hear them. We all had a wonderful time and highly recommend a stay here.

We really loved this amazing villa near beach. Check in was really easy, house was really clean and tidy. There was nothing missing, kitchen was really well equipped. It was very hot outside so pool was really nice way to cool down. And it was cleaned every day, cleaner was really lovely gentleman, we got on really well with him. And neighbours were lovely. We will definitely be back one day and can recommend this beautiful villa to everybody!
