Stayed Oct 4, 2024Great house, very clean and well equipped, including a golf cart in our favorite Villages neighborhood. Communications with the rental team was excellent. We were able to extend our stay without any issues. Would definitely choose this property again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We paid for 10 days but could only stay for 9 of them, NO A/C when we arrived, we had to stay in a hotel the first night and the House was 92 degrees when we arrived, the Property Management Company said it's your problem.

Stayed May 1, 2022This was our fifth stay at The Villages and our favourite home and location! Check-in was easy and as described in the booking process. Home was spotless. Furnishings were of the utmost in quality. The location was perfect for us. We golfed at Evans Prairie regularly and dined at Brownwood Town Square. Both just a short cart ride away. We really hope to be able to rent this home again soon.
