BEAUTIFUL VILLA IN ANTIBES WITH SEA VIEW, LARGE POOL AND GARDEN

House is very rustic inside and out. Internally, the sanitary ware and fittings are a bit worn. Some basic kitchen equipment is missing and there is a lack of plug sockets. Other than that, it's fine. House is clean. The pool area and terraces very nice. It's edge of town so it is nice and quiet. A car is needed to get around. Sofia (manager) is very organised, helpful and responsive

Beautiful views and very quiet and private. Lovely femme de manage and very easy to check in etc. Wonderful home. Very lucky to have found this. I stayed 22 days here. Great location. Room for visiting friends. Absolument spécial.

Large comfortable property, quiet neighbourhood, 350m to local shops (a grocer and boulangerie). Definitely need a car for exploring further afield, easy access to motorway though. Secure garden for pets, lovely pool area. Decor is very dated, but house has modern appliances including wonderful coffee machine, and great air conditioning. We had a very relaxing visit.

The property was beautiful and the pool was so welcome after various trips out. The kitchen was well sticked and all the bedrooms lovely. The hosts were more than helpful. We would stay there again

Our family stayed for 3 weeks in this beautiful authentic Provencal villa. Photos, JLP location all superb, gorgeous pool and palms! Property well kept. BUT The Inferiority of provisions was shocking; no sheets, no sleeping pillows, crusty torn towels, (1 per person for 21 days) no duvets. Ragged tea towels. Kitchen had mod cons built in but lacked simple basics. No thought to guest stay. We had to purchase drinking glassware, pot holder, mixing bowl, a jug, etc. No pool towels were provided - we had buy our own. Does this owner really think travellers pack their own towels? Manager (Sofia) is terrific but this VRBO owner does not meet even the minimal guest expectations. A few niceties like a spatula, oven mitt, ice, a platter, a tray, a candle or outdoor lantern, were expected. Most frustrating of all was absence of an information booklet provided in ALL vrbo's of quality; with appliance manuals, welcome book, list of local boulangerie, shops. Discovered in the last few days that there was a patisserie hidden around the corner and, instead of driving to the highway daily we could have walked there each morning for baguettes and croissants! Quality property but inferior delivery, so won't be back.

Great villa with phantastic pool and terrasse, clean and well located in proximity to Antibes, Juan les Pins, Nice and Cannes. Very friendly and professional agency!

We enjoyed our stay at the villa in particular because of the three terraces. The outdoor kitchen, pool and terrace are great. Sofia (the caretaker) and her husband are fantastic and respond to questions/querries immediately.

The agent is fantastic and always there to help. The pool area is great and most of the house is as promissed. However, the rooms in the basement (2 rooms) smells extremely like a wet and damp basement. The ligtning in the basement is really bad and the kitchens are not well equipped. All-in-all a great stay but dont expect to be able to fit 8 people in the house - at least not if you want comfort.

Just blown away by such a gorgeous setting and home for a fortnight
