Modern 5 Bedroom Villa in Cap d'Antibes

The property is gorgeous…beautiful gardens and the house is light and airy and has everything you need for a great stay! Close to the nearest beach and restaurants only about a 10 min walk and a 10 min drive to Antibe town centre and about 5 mins to Juan les Pins, so amazing location!

We had a wonderful time at your gorgeous home. All of us loved the house, the yard, and the pool! The house was immaculately clean, as was the pool. Everything on the property worked perfectly. Everyone had a fabulous time. I can’t think of anything I would want to change. The location is wonderful too, with easy access to everything everyone in our group wanted to do. We loved that there was a full bathroom in every bedroom, plus the half bath in the downstairs room, and the full bath on the main floor. The outdoor shower was a real bonus too! The kitchen was amazing and beautifully equipped, with everything we needed or wanted. We loved the rooftop deck, the amazing views from every room, the balconies, and the gorgeous plants and trees throughout the property.Our stay was a true five-star experience from beginning to end, and we were all very sad to leave! We will recommend your lovely home to everyone we know.

We used the property as home base for day trips to other attractions in the area. Uber was very handy to get to the train station and to Cannes. Short walk to Plages Keller beach club. The house is very clean and modern. The pool area and rooftop are nice areas to relax. The local staff are very helpful and accessible for any questions.

We stayed in October 2024 and this luxury villa was a perfect accommodation for our family. The weather was great in mid October and we have used the pool at the villa a lot. The area is very nice with a quick walk to the Garoupe beach. There is a beautiful view from the well appointed roof top terrace, or from the second floor bedrooms. The house is exactly as advertised. The host and the maintenance team are very responsive and reliable. We will consider this villa again.

We had a great family stay at the villa with excellent communication from start to finish. Location couldn’t be any better with beach in easy walking distance and a quick cab ride into town. I would recommend getting a couple of bikes to go and get local groceries which were in easy reach.

We returned for our third year at the Villa this year, and as in prior years, we had a fantastic vacation. The Villa is beautiful and in a wonderful location close to beaches, restaurants and local shops. Joanna was a brilliant host and ensured we had everything we needed. Tip tip if you choose to stay -- use Gingy -- a local company that can transport you via golf buggies or vans for larger parties wherever you need to go

We truly enjoyed our stay from the beginning to the end. Great location, beautiful garden, very tasteful design and practical lay out. If you are looking for a peaceful property in Antibe look no further. We will definitely visit again.

Joanna is the perfect owner/host who through her excellent agent Steven ensured that our stay was worthy of three generations love and memories. While the property is exquisitely designed from the openness of the layout to the verdant gardens and inviting pool, it is also situated with walkable and convenient access to beaches, groceries and the old village, making it the perfect family celebration locale. We hosted our adult children and their four sons for a week in this comfortable and well equipped nirvana with nary an issue - while confident that all questions were immediately answered by our gracious hosts. Thank you Joanna and Steven for making our 80 birthday delightful.

Loved our stay at the Villa. Clean, comfortable, and spacious modern villa with a view of the sea was all we had hoped for and more. Each of us had our own suite with bath and comfortable beds. We enjoyed the heated pool (with warm outdoor shower as a bonus) and the amazing rooftop deck for morning coffee and evening happy hour. Antibes has some amazing restaurants, but we chose to stay home and cook most nights. The kitchen worked beautifully for our tasty meals. We had all the comforts of home including the full laundry room (washer and drier). Joanna, our host was lovely and Steven, the local go to, responded immediately to all our questions. We can’t wait to come back!

Our family returned to stay at this amazing villa in August 2023 and we all had a fantastic vacation. The location is superb and the views from the roof terrace are spectacular. We are looking forward to returning next year. Thank-you Joanna!
