Beautiful Villa for 6 people, WiFi, private and heated pool, 8min from the beach

Beautiful villa. It does say 8 mins from the beach, yes if you on a zip wire!, 10-15 mins in the car to be more truthful, also the property is high up on the side of a mountain so you will need a hire car. Saturday and Sunday were the quietest days as there was constant loud noise from building work through the week. The pictures of the Villa don’t show the building site next door, a bit of an eye sore from the balcony. The pool is lovely and well maintained. All in all we loved our 10 night stay here and would book again if there was no building work!

We recently enjoyed our second stay at this villa and would recommend to anyone looking for a family holiday, with easy access to the local resorts of Costa Adeje and Playa de las Américas, which are both within a 10 minute drive from the villa. The villa is well looked after and has everything required for an enjoyable family holiday. When we encountered an issue the owner, Alessandro, was on hand to rectify the problem and was frequently in touch with us to ensure no further issues arose. Would definitely recommend and will return again in the future.

Very clean beautiful villa. Very long walk to the beach. Good communication from owner. As property not ready on our arrival. Cleaners still there. Had to walk back down the hill with small children and wait for 1-2 hours. Very clean and well equipped.

House was excellent, had everything we needed. Nice quiet spot away from the crowds.

Wonderful house in a relaxing hill setting within 10-15 minute drive of everything you could want in Costa Adeje. Quiet, clean and well maintained property. Highly recommended.

Excellent villa in a lovely location but i would recommend having a car as it all up hill

Great villa and great location

My husband and young kids stayed here over May half term and we had a great time. The villa is beautiful and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It has a lovely view from the bedrooms and balcony. The pool area is great with plenty of loungers and a cabana/sofa area which offers a bit of shade from the sun. The tiles around the pool are not slippy and the rest is artificial grass so was great for the boys to play on. It does get hot though! The villa is set up hill from the resorts so would need a car to get about, but it’s only a short drive to get to where there are shops, restaurants and bars are or the beach. It’s about 20 minutes from the airport by car too which was great. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous villa just as described and pictured. The location was perfect for what we were wanting, lovely and quiet up in the mountain. We had a hire car which meant we were able to get around easily, and we were able to call a taxi when we wanted to go out for food/ drinks. The pool was bigger than I thought it would be and the kids loved it. All amenities were there that you would need and beds were lovely and comfortable.

We had a terrific time staying at the beautiful Villa with our three children. They loved the outdoors area and the swimming pool was perfect as well as the ping pong table. The view from the Villa is breathtaking and the Villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Everything was up to standard and fully met our expectations. We hope to be back soon.

A great villa , spotless clean and we will return

Excellent stay at a lovely property. Strongly recommend hiring a car for your stay as car travel is necessary to get into town/beach. However taxis are quite cheap.

We had a wonderful stay. Villa was perfect and just as described. Clean and the garden and pool was lovely. Beautiful views and great to be away from the noise of the main resort but only a 10/15 min drive. Will definitely be back.

This was our second time at this beautiful villa. The house has everything you need including a fantastic pool and comfortable beds. We had a lovely week away and would definitely recommend.

Well what can we say just WOW!! Out first time in a villa and what better villa to stay in than this one. Very clean, everything you need to cook meals, pool more than big enough and was cleaned during our week stay. Outside space spacious and luxurious. Couldn’t fault any part of the villa. Communication with owner was immediate and was very helpful. We would definitely recommend and would stay again ??

Beautiful property, very well equipped.Clean and tidy.Pool big and plenty of space in the house and surrounding pool garden area.We all totally enjoyed our stay.Its a long way from the main area so would definitely need a car to get around. We were happy with location as we made full use of the house.

You need a car to be able to move around like shops etc , but is lots taxis and lots companies deliver food to this area like glovo etc. For a family with young children if was me to keep eye one young ones The tennis table had to be on top and some new rackets too. inside the house was everything that you necessary need for a normal vacation .the owner very attentive always ready to help,if I recommended this house yes without a doubt the area has a lot of sun I found a quiet and safe area .pool area yes very good with good space.thank you

I would highly recommend this villa. It is exactly like the pictures, everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Good sized rooms, well equipped kitchen and a great sized pool. We will definitely come back again

Beautiful Property but you do need a car to get around

Recently stayed here with a group of friends and the villa was just like the photos! It is ideal for a family or group of friends with lots of space and comes very well equipped with everything you need for your stay. The check in and out process was super easy. The host is very friendly and willing to help should you need it. We had a lovely time and would definitely return!
