Our beautiful and elegant apartment is a jewel located in San Eugenio, a recently conditioned area, next to a large shopping center, highlighting a large supermarket (Mercadona). This wonderful and bright apartment offers a very comfortable stay to guests as it is located in a gated community, very quiet with a large pool aswell as another for the smallest, large gardens, tennis court and also its own garage, without the need to have to look for a parking space, which is usually complicated due to the proximity of being near shopping areas. The area of San Eugenio Bajo, which is where this beautiful apartment is located, is ideal as it is 10 minutes walk from the most famous beaches of Playa de las Américas (Trojan Beach, Duke Beach, Fañabe Beach or Puerto Colón ). This allows you to move comfortably, without having to take a taxi or car (with the consequent parking problem in Playa de Las Américas) and it is also a quiet area, outside the center, where the nightclubs of bars and discos are. One of the best restaurants on the island of El Molino Blanco, where famous numbers visit it every year, is just above the urbanization. On the other hand, the apartment is also 5 minutes by car from the famous water park Siam Park, and Aqualand and has an easy and fast access to the highway in case you need to travel by car to visit the island. There are several golf courses 10 minutes away by car, such as Golf del Sur, Amarilla Golf, Golf Costa Adeje, sport that you can practice during the 12 months of the year thanks to our wonderful and privileged climate. It has a spacious lounge, very cozy, designed for relaxation and well-being. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, electric cooker, extractor hood, fridge, microwave oven and all kinds of utensils you may need.
