This beautiful Mediterranean style of the house with private garden and new beautifull private pool is recommended for families. It was built in 2012 to our own design on a plot of 933 m2. This beautiful villa is located in the hills near Sitges and only 10 min drive to the beaches.
Sitges is said to be the most beautiful resort on the east coast of Spain with seven beaches, eachwith its own character and a beautiful fashionable marina. The villa is characterized by space and light. The colonial style living room is spacious and comfortable. From the dining room are several doors to the veranda, where there is a cozy sitting area and also in the garden a big dinning area with pergola and lights with BBQ in a private garden with a private swimming pool. The kitchen at the rear of the house is large and fully equipped. From the hall a beautiful marble staircase leads to the first floor where there is an second floor and there are the 4 large bedrooms. One of them us a annex to the masterbedroom. There is a bathroom both below and on the first floor. Downstairs shower only, upstairs with a bath with shower over and a second toilet. The bathrooms are fully tiled. From the suite there is access to the roof terrace with a view over the valley. The garden is fully fenced and the house has its own driveway with space for 2 cars. Of course there is a BBQ available. It is an ideal house for a nice holiday and especially suitable for a three-generation holiday or holiday with several couples with children. Max. 8 adults.
There are 3 double beds (also possible to separate into 6 singles) in the bedrooms and two sofa beds of 1.40 × 1.80 each in the adjoining suite room which is separated from the master bedroom by sliding doors.

For golf enthusiasts, Catalonia has forty golf courses, 2 of which are in Sitges. For fishing enthusiasts, the Ebro Delta is approximately 1 hour away. They say it is one of the best fish in Europe. Olivella is located in the heart of the Penedes, famous for its wine and especially for its cavas, such as Freixenet and Codorniu. These also visit. Barcelona, ​​full of culture, is half an hour's drive from Sitges, but is also easily accessible by train in 25 minutes. Picturesque Gerona, well worth a visit, is just an hour away and Tarragona is just 1 hour away. Port Aventura is located in Tarragona, one of the largest adventure courses in Europe. 10 minuten van Sitges Geweldig huis voor gezinnen
Dit prachtige huis in mediterrane stijl met tuin en privézwembad wordt aanbevolen voor gezinnen. Het is gebouwd in 2012 naar eigen ontwerp op een perceel van 933 m2. Deze prachtige villa ligt op 340m hoogte in de heuvels nabij Sitges en het strand. Van Sitges,zeggen ze dat het
het mooiste resort aan de oostkust van Spanje is. Sitges heeft zeven stranden, elk met een eigen karakter en een prachtige modieuze jachthaven. De villa wordt gekenmerkt door ruimte en licht. De woonkamer in koloniale stijl is ruim en comfortabel. Vanuit de eetkamer zijn verschillende deuren naar de veranda, waar een gezellige zithoek en een tuin met privé zwembad, en pergola met verplichting en een grote eettafel ner BBQ zijn. De keuken aan de achterzijde van het huis is groot en volledig uitgerust. Vanuit de hal leidt een mooie marmeren trap naar de eerste verdieping waar een etage is met 4 grote slaapkamers. Zowel beneden als op de eerste verdieping is een badkamer. Alleen beneden alleen een toilet en douche, boven met een bad met douche en een tweede toilet en dubbele wastafel met Fohn. De badkamers zijn volledig betegeld. Vanuit de suite is er toegang tot het dakterras met uitzicht over de vallei. De tuin is volledig omheind en het huis heeft een eigen oprit met ruimte voor 2 auto's. Uiteraard is er een BBQ aanwezig. Het is een ideaal huis voor een leuke vakantie en vooral geschikt voor een drie-generatie vakantie of vakantie met meerdere paren met kinderen. Max 8 volwassenen.

Het huis is gelegen in de heuvels achter dat Sitges met de auto binnen 15 minuten te bereiken. Sitges is zeer authentiek en daarom een van de mooiste resorts aan de oostkust van Spanje. Het heeft een bruisend nachtleven en er zijn tal van restaurants tot uw beschikking. Castelldefels heeft naast Sitges een zeer breed en uitgestrekt zandstrand en een typisch Spaanse sfeer. De villa ligt in het dorp Olivella, dat een antiek centrum heeft. Het ligt direct naast het Parque Nacional del Garraf, bekend om zijn wandel- en fietsgebieden. Voor de golfliefhebber kent Catalonië veertig golfbanen, waarvan 2 in Sitges. Voor visliefhebbers is de Ebro-delta ongeveer 1 uur rijden. Ze zeggen dat het een van de beste vissen in Europa is.
