Beautiful panoramic villa in a private park with descent to the sea

Absolutely beautiful. Property and view. Host is fabulous to communicate with. Responds very quickly. Helped us arrange a chef to come to the property and suggestions for local restaurants. Property Manager is also great to communicate with and extremely helpful, responds quickly. We did have a 9 passenger van. While roads are tight you can navigate to and from the home. The kitchen is well equipped. We had a family of 8 staying, there was more than enough of everything. We spent most of our time on the porch or by the pool while we were at the home. Highly recommended this property.

We had the most wonderful time on our extended family vacation. Villa was awesome with stunning views. It was perfect. Close to Sorrento but also in Massa Lubrense for a real Italian feel. Highly recommended. Owner and his staff were attentive and helpful when needed.

Absolutely the best part of our 13 days visiting Italy was staying 3 nights at the villa. Amazing view and house was perfect and clean. We only wished we had more time to spend at the villa. Francesco and Anna were very informative and responsive to any questions we had. Miss it already!!

A beautiful property with an amazing view & unforgettable sunsets. A little off the beaten track. We visited Pompei & Ercolano, but gave up on Naples because of the heat & traffic. Wonderful walks to the small port for drinks or dinner. The kitchen for 14 of us was under equipped.

We had a wonderful time at the Villa. The view was spectacular. I would say the Villa does need some updating. The showers had very low pressure and noticed leaking on one shower and another one had a broken pipe that was repaired the next day. Overall it was a wonderful and Memorable vacation.

Lovely Villa but everyone in our group were over 74 and the steeps were terrible.

Beautiful property with stunning views. Beware, there are a lot of steps to climb. The main negative was that we had to scrub the fridge interior clean due to black mildew inside. Also, not one of the drip coffee machines worked. For the amount we paid I would expect the fridge to be clean and the appliances to be working.

Kitchen frying pans need to be replaced. Dishwasher did not work. Stove top does not have a lighter that works. Electric power was over loaded with air conditioners and tripped the circuit breaker several times. Refrigerator seemed to be not cold enough. Need bigger ice cube trays. Ants everywhere. A multitude of steps up to the villa. Tremendous views of the ocean. Richard

The villa had incredible views and was very spacious. Check in and check out was very easy. The host also helped a lot with recommendations. If you’re looking for a space for a large group, this villa is a great bang for the price.
