Magnificent stone farmhouse of the seventeenth century completely immersed in the greenery among the beautiful woods of the Sienese mountain. The surrounding area is a rural landscape protected by holm oaks, under which truffles and porcini mushrooms grow, with olive groves and wildflowers. A dirt road flanked by cypresses and oaks leads to the villa. The villa has recently been restored with great care and attention to detail, preserving many of the original features common to Tuscan architecture both externally and internally; the decor is elegant but eclectic, all the rooms have exposed beamed ceilings, lime-washed walls in soft colors and terracotta floors, with some modern Italian shots in the fireplaces, bathrooms and outdoors.

The villa is accessed via two entrances. One of the two entrances leads to the lobby and a wardrobe and laundry room. To the right is a double room with private bathroom with shower, suitable for wheelchair access. The second entrance opens into a large kitchen equipped with all modern conveniences, also suitable for cooking lessons and demonstrations. There is an open fireplace, a large oven and a refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Tuscan walnut travertine has been chosen for work surfaces along with polished chestnut polished for the central island that completes the natural elements of the house. An open arc leads to the dining room, where a side door opens onto a small furnished terrace overlooking the woods to the barn. Behind is another double room and a bathroom with shower. From left another open arch leads to the living room that has a spectacular fireplace built on the natural rock on which the house was built, two French doors open onto a 'Zen' terrace overlooking the pool, perfect to enjoy the last rays of light evening and cocktails. The steps lead to the lower garden and the park. Immediately below is the infinity pool (4,5 x 13 mt), with a travertine terrace, blending with the surrounding natural rock environment. A fountain of fresh water flows continuously in the pool, providing a beautiful clear water and a wonderfully refreshing back massage.
From the entrance two ramps of ancient travertine stairs lead to the landing that opens onto a covered terrace overlooking the courtyard. On the right is a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and on the left a large living room with fireplace and two double or twin bedrooms with ensuite, each with shower and bathtub.
The adjoining barn has been turned into a more contemporary style; bright and airy with an open plan design, offering accommodation for a further four people. On the upper level there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin each with bath and shower, from the loft an open staircase leads down from the living area with fireplace. Two large doors open onto a paved terrace to eat outdoors. To the left is a dining room and open space kitchen.
