Nice house in Tossa de Mar, very spacious, very light, and the most attractive ... the sea view, and its beautiful terrace.

Excellent sea views from the dining room and terrace, where you can enjoy a good meal, glass of wine, cafes, reading a book ...

This house, for space and comfort, it is recommended to enjoy a vacation with children, families and groups of friends.

Its excellent location, in a quiet area, at the same time close to thebeaches, restaurants, shops, etc ..., an excellent panoramic view, and comfort by the amplitude of the 2 living room and magnificent terrace ... will make this property a place to recommend to friends and family.

Enjoy the living rooms and terrace, eating, drinking, talking or just ... relaxing and enjoy the sunrise and sunset, is fantastic.

I can assure you that your stay in this house, is a reason to remember your vacation.

Only, 8 minutes, walk quietly, to the beach, and the same to restaurants and shops.

Tossa is a lovely and peaceful village, which will make your holiday with children a place to walk, enjoy the beaches, hiking, biking ...

It is one of the most beautiful towns and beaches of the Costa Brava, which still retains the town atmosphere and where it is not allowed the construction of large buildings.

Visit Vila Vella its old walled town, stroll through narrow streets, nice shops, enjoy the beaches, boat trips, bicycle trips nice, and walking the mountain, the market on Thursday, excursions in the surrounding area. .. make a very pleasant stay for all the family.

In the house, there is a personalized book, where we indicate telephone numbers, a map of the area with supermarkets, restaurants and services near the apartment ... and our recommendations for Tossa visits and surroundings.

DO NOT USE THE INSTANT BOOKING

Before booking, ask us to accept the group. If you are a young group and you book instantaneously, it may be possible that we cancel the reservation and that you loose the service fees.

If we accept the reservation a specific contract for young clients will be signed at the arrival.

ONCE THE BOOKING IS CONFIRMED

-You need to provide us an e-mail address.

-We need to know at what time you will arrive, your flight number or by which means you will arrive to the apartment.

-As dictated by the law of our country, you will fill up a form that we will send a few days prior to your arrival, with information about each occupant

AT THE ARRIVAL -If there are any changes concerning your time of arrival. It is important that you let us know as soon as you can so that we can reorganize ourselves. -If you want us to meet you at the appartment you will have to give us a call 30 minutes before your arrival (no messages, please). -Otherwise you can pick up the keys at our office during working hours. These can vary depending on the season. -At the arrival we will read the electronic counter in order to verify the consumption after your stay. Electricity is included in the price if it is used within normal parameters. If you make a responsible consumption of the electricity there will be no extra fee. -At the check-in you need to pay the tourist tax for a maximum of 7 nights. Children under the age of 16 are exempt. -Is mandatory that all the occupants identify themselves at the check-in. -You will need to sign a basic rent contract that is mandatory in our country. -The person who made the reservation must be one of the occupants and must be the one signing the contract.

DURING THE STAY -You have to follow all the indications that we will give you at the arrival regarding the good use of the property. -We will furnish some basic elements for the first few of the days (toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, a sponge). Once they are finished you have to buy your own products. -Our towels can not be brought to the pool or the beach. -Animals are not permitted in the properties. -It is forbidden to smoke. -Parties in the properties are prohibited. -If you don’t comply to these norms or if we get complaints from the neighbors, you can be evicted immediately from the property without necessarily being reimbursed. -Before the check-out : the dishes have to be cleaned and you have to throw the garbage and the remaining food. If you don’t want to bring with you food that is still in its packaging of origin, our team will make sure that is not thrown away.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES The check-in time starts at 3PM and the check-out time is until 11AM. Additional fees:

-Late check-in : 30€ after 9PM -Late check-in : 60€ after 11PM

Depending on the availability we can have certain flexibility :

-Early check-in: 30€ before 2PM

-Late check-out: you will be charged 50% of the price per night if you leave between 12AM and 8PM.

- Late check-out (high season): you will be charged 75% of the price per night if you leave between 12AM and 8PM.

REMARK: The norms are the same for all of our properties. When we mention the air conditioning, the pool or the beach we refer to the properties that have access to these utilities.

SECURITY DEPOSIT The non-compliance of a norm can lead to the retaining of the security deposit.

Here are some advises to avoid any problems with the security deposit return: -Do not host more people than the ones you have indicated in the reservation. -The stay time of your day visitors can’t exceed the 50% of the time of your occupancy. -Be respectful and careful with all the elements of the property. -Throw the garbage, throw the remaining food and clean the utensils before you leave.

    The house was in a fantastic location, and the village is a lovely place with a nice beach and great swimming. The house has spacious common areas and a wonderful terrace. What brings the rating down is that everything is a bit worn, and there were several practical issues in the house that didn’t work properly. For example, one of the bedroom doors couldn’t be opened from the inside. The kitchen was a bit messy, and although there was plenty of kitchen equipment, some things were missing. One of the cupboards was so cluttered and full of stuff that it was very hard to see what was actually there. That said, it’s a fantastic house, and it’s not unlikely that we would consider coming back — but it would be great if the house were in slightly better condition.

    Thank you, we are really enjoyed our time in this wonderful apartement. The view and quiet place is simply gorgeous. Everything was perfect for us and we would love to come back there again :-)

    Our stay in Tossa de Mar was outstanding. Kristjan greeted us with an excellent overview of the town, the restaurants and grocery stores. We were easily able to walk everywhere and explore the coast, the beach, Villa Vella and the delicious restaurants. The view from the deck was fabulous and the home was spacious. Our only disappointment was the kitchen was sparsely equipped and dated. Overall though we would highly recommend this home in Tossa de Mar!

    Kristjan et Ana ont un sens de l'accueil et de la disponibilité irréprochables. Ils sont particulièrement disponibles et soucieux du bien être de leurs clients en vacances. Nous souhaitions une grande maison où pouvoir nous retrouver en famille. Ce fut parfait. Le mobilier est simple et les volumes consacrés aux lieux de vie sont très spacieux, ce qui est particulièrement appréciable. La terrasse correspond bien aux photos et la vue est en effet magnifique. Nous dirons qu'elle se mérite car il faut grimper bien haut pour atteindre la maison, mais quelle récompense et quel havre de paix quand on y arrive ! Enfin, autre élément appréciable : tout se fait à pieds et pour les courses, pas de panique, il y a un super marché qui vous livre toutes vos courses en moins de deux heures ! Merci Kristjan y Ana.     The place is very comfortable and has a wonderful view. It's easy to walk into town and the beach. We loved it and found everything to be in working order. We had a car but unless you are planning to travel to other towns, you don't need it.

    Très bon accueil, hôte très disponible et arrangeant. L'appartemment et la vue sont super. Très bien situé. Idéal pour un weekend détente en famille. On reviendra avec plaisir.
