Stayed Dec 22, 2020We were so happy with the location, the pools, etc., but it would have been nice to have thicker mattresses on the bunk beds and hand soap available (especially during a pandemic). We asked some of the workers there for soap, however, and they brought some to us which we appreciated so much. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the people who worked there were really kind. It was a wonderful vacation.

Stayed Jan 18, 2020Beautiful complex with gorgeous pools and beach. The unit was perfect for our group of 6. The housekeeper was lovely and the owner was very accommodating to some special requests. Would definitely return here!

Stayed Mar 7, 2019Lovely place and well designed. Complicated security and all rules in Spanish that you are required to sign. Have good language skills for security details and identity for all guests and license plate numbers for your cars ready with check in. Hot tub not hot and filled up with dirty water. Didn't use at all. No TV as listed. Nothing local or cable just DVD's and 95% in Spanish. Other than that very nice. Water adventures are way above expectations. AC works great and all staff are friendly and helpful. Very comfortable.
