 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, 4 with seaview, ideal for 2 families. 10 people maximum (children and babies included). Recent Bedding (2 beds of 160, 2 beds of 90, 2x2 bunk beds) towels and sheets provided.
Garden furniture set up in 2015 to relax in the shade of plane trees. 2nd lounge lounge near the pool, ideal for young people.

Secure swimming pool. Safe for toddlers. Outdoor hot shower.

Non smoking house. Pets not allowed.

Portigliolo is still preserved and wild place where nature is spectacular. The beaches are not crowded yet (except August 15!) and the sumptuous landscapes. Beach Portgliolo is great and very nice and easy walking distance (7 minutes) .The Verghia beach, 10 minutes by car, is paradise, with its white sand and turquoise water where we walk about 50m, ideal for small. The famous beach of 'Francis' is 25 minutes with a good 4x4 or boat ... There are plenty of easy walks for small and less easy to greatest. There is some activity on the beach External (tennis and sailing school, canoeing, windsurfing ...), others 10 minutes (jetski). Great restaurants too, with evening entertainment. You can rent boats for a day or a week on the beach. This is a relaxed and very family with many children. It is very homesick and holidays are very relaxing.

The house is very new and in perfect condition, and contemporary design, uncluttered. The kitchen very well equipped (appliances, dishes and various utensils, many plates and cutlery etc ...), because we like to cook well. Weber barbecue grills allows beautiful. The pool cons below is secured by fences and an impossible door to open before 8-9 years. There are 8 pool loungers.
