Beautiful 4 bed villa, overlooking the surf of Apple Bay with large pool, A/C

This is a beautifully renovated home with spectacular views. The hosts were very accommodating. When I inquired about not being able to locate the departure instructions Heather replied “there aren’t any, you are on vacation!” Highly recommended!

Words can’t describe the beautiful home that the Chapmans have built. If the home wasn’t beautiful enough with a stunning view and spacious pool, the warmth shown by Heather was heartfelt. She is an excellent communicator and went out of her way to help us when our trip was delayed by a day due to Hurricane Erin passing to the north. Without her help, we would have been stranded for longer. Our trip was topped off with the beautiful islands that offering undisturbed natural beauty and crystal clear waters. We snorkeled almost every day and kids loved it. Heather gave us a lot of pointers on where to go and what to eat. I think we will be coming here again

This property truly made you want to wake up and enjoy the amazing views. The communication with the property manager was truly top notch. She gave us many options of what to do and answered our daily questions. We have visited both the BVI’s and USVI’s multiple times and this was one of our best trips yet.

We had a wonderful week as a large family with grown children. This home is beautiful and the owners have paid great attention to detail and comfort. There are comfortable beds and air for the bedrooms that we really appreciated. Our favorite part was the spectacular water view from all of the windows, patios, and the pool. The pool is large enough for a large family and the breeze was wonderful. Communication and check in was easy. We would definitely stay here again!

This villa is in the absolute perfect location on Tortola! It is spacious and clean and the views are breathtaking. We loved the privacy of the space as well as the peace and quiet. We rented a car - we had a 4x4 SUV for the whole island as there are steep hills and turns. Everything was so close to the villa and the recommendation for restaurants were great! We even ate at Sebastian’s twice. Highly recommend staying here. Morning coffee on the deck each day was amazing!

Fantastic location, great view, loved the pool. Heather was a GODSEND for this trip for us. She provided great information, arranged for our grocery delivery to be unpacked and in the fridge/freezer when we arrived, which was fantastic. Let us have our time on the property, but was immediately helpful when we ran into a couple of minor problems- none of which were with the property--one of which was needing a doctor on the island, and one was logistics getting from the BVIs to st Thomas. Anyway, would not hesitate to strongly recommend Heather and 21 Spyglass!!

Our family enjoyed every minute of our vacation staying at this villa. We will stay here again when we come back to Tortola.

We had the best vacation staying at this villa. Before we even arrived, Heather was incredibly helpful. She helped me plan my trip by recommending day sails and boat charters, providing information on ferries, nearby beaches, restaurants, car rental and more. Our vacation would not have been nearly as seamless and wonderful without her help! Upon arrival, she was there to meet us and show us around the villa. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with the most amazing view - a view that can be seen from nearly every spot including the bedroom, kitchen, dining area and also from the beautiful pool. The villa was spotless and well equipped. My son is a picky eater so we did a lot of cooking at the villa and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was even equipped with floats and beach chairs and a cooler were also available for our use. The villa's location is perfect - close to several beautiful beaches including Smuggler's Cove and close to Soper's Hole where we met our boat for our day charter. We really had a wonderful time and cannot wait to return in the future.

We loved our eight day stay at this magnificent villa on the West End of Tortola. 21 Spyglass is perfectly situated near many great restaurants and pristine beaches such as Long Bay Beach and Smuggler's Cove. The Villa offers an open air concept with french doors and windows that when open allowed the wonderful ocean breeze to fill the house. Decorated in a comfortable British West Indies vibe, the villa sits on a lush property overlooking beautiful Apple Bay. Relaxing on the lovely Veranda and the living room balcony each morning was a perfect way to start the day. The pool was a huge plus and offered us an alternative on days we wanted to just hang out at the Villa. The kitchen was fully equipped and we enjoyed eating in on many nights. Our wonderful host Heather made our arrival effortless and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. She offered us so many useful recommendations for outings, restaurants and places to go for provisions that were so appreciated. The villa is also conveniently located just a short drive to Soper's Hole Marina and the Ferry port which made the Island excursions to some of the neighboring Islands super easy. We highly recommend 21 Spyglass for those wanting an exceptional stay while on Tortola.
