Stayed May 23, 2026Amazing villa! There is only the one villa and it is nice and close to the Beach Bar and the Mali Beach Club (not quite the type of beach club that you see in Bali. More chill and small). Staff were super friendly and helpful. Villa was nice and private.

Stayed Apr 24, 2026Absolutely loved staying at this beach bungalow. Morning sunrise while having a coffee and afternoon sunset having a Tusker. Nice clean bungalow with outdoor area near pool and side deck with barbecue.

Stayed Apr 28, 2026Hosts Samara & Benie are lovely, super accommodating & always available. The single villa is on its own property directly on the beautiful calm Mele Beach which is clean & totally safe for swimming.As first time visitors to this lovely country it is very difficult to describe the amazing serenity away from all tourists with only the smiling friendly locals (& dogs!) to interact with, which makes Villa Mali an ideal location to relax & chill out.Even though the airport & main town of Port Vila are not walking distance, simply walk a couple hundred metres to the main road & flag down a passing minibus with “B” on the license plate, state your destination & join locals on their way to villages, shopping, school etc & only pay 150-200 Vatu (roughly 2)…easy!Note that eating out options in the area are limited but the fairly new Mali Beach Club just a few steps from the villa is right on the beach with decent choices including live weekend music, the Beach Bar down the other side near Hideaway Resort ferry (free!) is quite good, specializing in wood fired pizzas & has every Friday night a must see local run spectacular fire show. A solid 30 minute walk along the beach or potholed road will get you to one of the best (if not the very best) dining experiences at Island Magic Resort’s restaurant named Birdie’s. Walking back in the dark the local people say Hi & Good Night, totally safe!If privacy & relaxation is your aim Villa Mali is a top choice, HIGHLY recommended

Stayed Apr 9, 2026What a little slice of heaven. My partner and loved staying here, the beach is lovely and we ate at Mali Beach Club most nights. The staff are very welcoming. We will be back.
