Our calm and secured 475m2 beachfront villa features a coastal luxurious interior design, an overflowing pool for a refreshing dip or relax on the sun-soaked terrace and has a direct beach access.

Once you enter the automatic gated secured villa, a lush green garden will lead you to the main entrance with a spanning 175m² of indoor-outdoor living open space, with a double ceiling, it creates an airy and spacious atmosphere along with an expansive floor-to-ceiling sliding bays, alloverlooking the 4x12m overflowing salt swimming pool, with a submerged beach area for relaxing and the impressive sea views.
The sunken patio adjacent to the pool is the perfect spot for your afternoon break.
You have a direct beach access where you can enjoy leisurely strolls along the seashore and collect amazing sea shells.

Our villa is oriented south west, so that you can enjoy sunbathing throughout the day and spectacular sunsets around the pool and game lounge.
You have at your disposal, a high end fully equipped kitchen with a large Bosch fridge, a freezer cabinet, wine chiller, Bosch dishwasher, a 5 burner Bosch gas stove oven, Samsung microwave and a large combination of kitchen appliances so that you can prepare delicious meals.

For your morning, you can enjoy your coffee from the NESPRESSO machine with milk frother or FRENCH PRESS or American coffee.

A pantry/laundry area is adjacent to the kitchen (samsung washing machine available) and a guest washroom is available on ground floor as well, next to the pool.
For your comfort during any season, all 5 bedrooms have a ceiling fan, an a/c unit and black out curtains.
On ground floor is the wheelchair accessible En-suite bedroom 1 with a 160cm bed, Samsung smart TV, a dresser. Its private ensuite bathroom features a step free shower and walk in closet. All access doors are more than 82cm and no steps leading to this bedroom with a sea view.

A separate TV room is available so that you can connect to your favourite online TV Shows/Movies/STREAMING channels.
If you are remotely working, a workspace is available in the library/reading corner of the villa, with a desk , chair, reading lamp, stationery and wifi connection.

Taking the staircase to the first floor, you are at the open plan space, overlooking the pool and the sea through the extra large expansive glass and leading to the bedrooms and game room.

En-suite sea view Bedroom 2 features a 160cm bed, a dressing/work table, a sitting area, a closet, a private bathroom featuring a stand alone bathtub, a walk in rainfall shower and access to the balcony overlooking the sea.

En-suite Bedroom 3 has a direct view overlooking the sea, featuring a 160cm bed, a dressing/work table, a walk-in closet, a private bathroom featuring a stand alone bathtub, a walk in rainfall shower.

En-suite Bedroom 4 features a 160cm bed, a dressing/work table, a closet, a private bathroom featuring a walk in rainfall shower.

En-suite Bedroom 5 has a 2 single 90cm beds (put together can become a 180cm bed), a dressing/work table, a closet and a private bathroom a walk in rainfall shower.

The game lounge has an access to the balcony and is available a billard table, a bar area with a COCKTAIL/BARMAN kit and several board games, where you can enjoy and watch breathtaking sunsets.

Our villa is ideally located villa (PICTURESQUE B9 route) in the most nature preserved part of the island, where you are less than 30KM from most of the outdoor/nature activities (BEL OMBRE NATURE RESERVE, CHAMAREL /LE MORNE...) present in the south. Close to most nature reserves and exciting activities, you'll have no shortage of adventures to embark on during your stay.
