The Sand Villas is a private complex consisting of two independent villas: Rock Sand Villa, located on the ground floor, and White Sand Villa, situated on the upper floor. Set on the sandy shores overlooking the Mirabello Gulf in Agios Nikolaos, The Sand Villas offer a relaxed and stylish seaside retreat just a few steps from the beach. Guests can enjoy beautiful sea viewsand a peaceful atmosphere, ideal for a comfortable and memorable holiday.


Rock Sand Villa features a bohemian-inspired, tranquil design, with thoughtfully curated spaces that invite relaxation throughout. With a total area of 120 sq. m, Rock Sand Villa comfortably accommodates up to four guests across two spacious bedrooms.

-Independent bathroom with shower & separate laundry room

-In-villa room service: The Sand Villas has selected for you a range of dishes from nearby restaurants. Simply peruse the menus provided in the villa and place your order through our on-site villa manager for a delectable dining experience.
-Daily housekeeping from 11:00 am - 14:00.
-Personal on-site manager: A personal on-site manager is offered during your stay to ensure your holiday is as relaxing as possible.


**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
