BEACHFRONT HOUSE LOS BARRILES - Prime location - Two blocks from restaurants

Great house with amazing views. Both Gary and Kate were great to work with which made for an easy stay.

The spacious house includes a variety of rooms with different features and exposure, so something for everyone. There is lots of light and a general sense of bringing the outside in, which is always a plus for me. There was some attrition in our party, so we had more than enough room to kick around or just hang out. Being right on the beach was especially great for the kids (although I no longer sail 25 years later.... Sigh!). Holes were dug, sandcastles were built, and squealing kids jumped in the waves. The beach was wider than I remembered from long ago, which was also nice given that I am no longer shuttling a sailboard and rig across it. The layout of a volley ball court and a neighbor's use of a rock delineation of space on the upper beach pushes the ATVs and other vehicles away from the house, which also adds to the ambiance. W.R.T. town, everything was walkable - groceries, restaurants, boutiques, visiting old friends from decades ago up on the hill.... We chose not to rent cars for simplicity, and that worked well for us even with two toddlers. The local property manager was responsive and helpful getting us settled in, and helping us find airport transport at the end of our stay when our plans had to be tweaked.

We had such an amazing time in Los Barriles. Gary's house is in the PERFECt location- walking distance to restaurants, bars, beach cafe's. The patio was a dream... we would eat breakfast outside and watch the sun rise. Highly recommend!

Arrival was easy, the home is beautiful and the care taker Kate was a available and welcoming! The boys caught 5 Marlin, 6 Tuna and a Dorado! The owner Gary was kind enough to hopk us up to the hotel for fishing and we have an amazing time! Close to everything, you can walk into town, unfortunately there is no pool access at hotel but its only $16 for the day usage. Cant wait to go back! Thanks Gary for allowing us to enjoy your home!

As advertised, the house is located on prime beachfront. It is quite and comfortable. You can easily walk to restaurants and a grocery store. Check-in and check-out were super easy. I would definitely rent again.

Family of 6. Great home with space to spread out. We spent a lot if time on the patio watching the kite surfers and beach volleyball. Stairs down to beach. Easy access to walk to restaurants and shops.
