Beachfront 8-bedroom villa

This property has it all.. during our stay we were able to keep all 6 kids and the adults bisy for 10day!! Clean, safe and plenty to do… couldnt have ask for much more

Beautiful location with spectacular open water views. Property is perfect for large groups and family reunions. Kitchen is well equipped, beds were comfortable. The dock was enjoyed by all - string rays, parrot fish, tarpon, nurse sharks, barracuda, dolphins lobsters and sea turtles were observed. Would definitely book again. Come prepared for no see-ums :)

Our family stayed here including grandmother and my husbands father and siblings with our children and nieces and nephews ages from 75-10yrs. Everyone enjoyed their stay, it’s an absolutely beautiful property and the property manager works hard to keep the grounds and pools to perfection. We so SO many neat things in the ocean right from the dock, sharks, parrot head fish, lobsters, snooks, it was incredible not to mention the SUNSET. We have incredible sunset photos for our wedding. The beds were amazing as well, I had a great rest when I would finally go to bed, the pillows, mattresses and sheets were all so comfy and soft!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. My husband and I rented it for our family. A total of 10 adults and 5 children ages 5 and under. The guest house was perfect for my daughters family of 5. The pools were clean and maintained while we were there. Nice chairs for lounging around the pool and a deck with a grill and 2 outdoor dinning tables. Plenty of room for everything. John the property manager was easy to get in touch with and responded right away.

We have 5 couples that travel every year and I do the planning - this house was beyond expectation. Property management was top of the line - the pools, the house(s) were clean, the beds were very comfortable. The property grounds were well maintained. The dock for fishing was amazing - several Parrot fish, we've heard are great for eating, but then realized their purpose and did catch and release - Key West is quite a distance, but in all honesty, the middle keys are where it's at - Relaxing and beautiful with the best weather around - we will be back - Thank you!!

Our family of 11 just returned from Southern Diversion and this was the best property we have ever rented!! Spacious, gorgeous, clean, lovely pools and wonderful beach area for the little ones. Can't forget to thank John, the property manager, for his responsiveness and friendliness throughout our stay. Wonderful!!!!!

Beautiful property and location. Clean, however , screened in porch had torn screens which allows bugs in and furniture was in very poor condition.Not stocked at all: only one kitchen towel, no dish rags, no dishwasher detergent, no Kleenex, 4 wine glasses (sleeps 18), dishes and pans in poor condion. Light bulbs out, no sharp knives. Sectional couch in poor condition. Dining table only seated 7.no umbrella for the upper deck.

Beautiful compound and wonderful sunsets with amazing views! This would have been perfect location if the information regarding beds and bathrooms were matched up in away that was meaningful in the listing! While the facilities are functional, age and use have done them no favors. The property manager was very responsive to the plumbing and sewer issues. The pools and hot tubs were very nice but hammock was broken down! Overall our family vacation was wonderful in spite of all of the deficiencies!

We had a wonderful stay.Property location is excellent.The property manager was very attentive.The views are exceptional and the dock worked perfectly for the boat we rented.Only issue was main room floor was a little “sticky”. I should have called property manager and he would have sent the cleaning crew out . I instead bought a mop and cleaned it myself. Other than that , the house scored a perfect 10.No regrets at all from our large family

Our family loved this vacation home! It was clean, well stocked kitchen, very responsive property manager. We would love to vacation here again. We loved the pools, fishing pier and many spaces to hangout.

Everything was good. I did feel however the property could have supplied more bath towels and blankets. Also the pools needs some cleaning. There were a lot of bugs. Very buggy. Think you can spray more for that. Other than that the house and view was great!
