Rude owner/property management company who badgered us into routine major appliance change in the middle of our trip despite how inconvenient it was. Wanted us to give access to strangers in the home even though we were traveling with young children; ultimately had to evacuate and lose access to the property during the install. There was no emergency and they could have done this before or after our trip but I guess didn't want to miss out on bookings. It would be quite uncomfortable to sleep 6 in this property given 2 small bedrooms. You'd have to cram 4 people into the second bedroom to do so. Owners are cheap. Be prepared to bring your own disposable conveniences: there is not extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, cling film. We asked for more and got a we don't give a d*** response. That was quite shocking. I've never stayed at a VRBO that was this poorly stocked/equipped. All they had in the kitchen was salt and pepper (though this may be a hygiene law in Florida). Beach amenities are poor: broken boogie boards and a couple beach chairs are it. Bring your own beach supplies. Finally, the condo is quite old. The toilet seats and bathtubs were worn to the point they look dirty and we felt uncomfortable using them. The dirty air vents have never been cleaned and dust clumps are visible. Again - owners invested very little into upkeep. New toilet seats are like 20. Contacted management about our disappointment and got zilch back from owners.

This is my fourth year visiting St. George and the first time staying here. We will definitely return to this property. The condo was in the perfect location and everything was spotless. Everything was in excellent condition, the furniture and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. Loved the views from the two balconies. The villas have a great pool area. Check in and check out was a breeze. Jenny, the property manager, was always available to answer questions and made the trip very easy. We look forward to going back in 2026.

It was a delightful trip and space! Most of the crowds were gone at this time in August and it was quiet the beach was very pleasant. The view of the beach is nice!! Our host was the best- very friendly and helpful about the condo and surrounding area. Reminder that there are immediate steps up to the main space and both bathrooms are on the 3rd floor with the bedrooms. I had everything I needed to cook a few basic meals.Bring your own beach chairs and umbrella to the short walk to the beach. Pool looked great but we didn’t get in.

The condo was as advertised, perfect location on the island. The communication with the host was really good, very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

First time visit to SGI. Family of 4, we had a great time exploring the island and nearby cities. Property was exactly as details and reviews stated. Really appreciated the close beach access and the view over the pool out to gulf. Property manager Jenny is wonderful, had great suggestions, and super responsive.

Property was exactly as advertised. Good condo, good location, and good price. Communication with the host was fantastic. Family of four with two young kids.

We enjoyed the beauty and laid back vibes of St. George Island. This condo complex is small and very well maintained and is in a great location to walk to the handful of restaurants and stores. The condo itself is a bit outdated, but still comfortable, as long as you don't mind the stairs up to the bathrooms. Beach chairs and box fan need replacing. Both barely function. No coffee filters or any kind of food wrap provided and only minimal toilet paper (we ran out in 1 bathroom). None of this is a deal breaker, but a very small investment from the owner would make a big difference to the overall experience.

Looking for a relaxing no stress weekend & this definitely fit the bill. The beach & pool were just what we wanted and the short walks to restaurants and stores were perfect. Thinking about the coffee on the veranda watching the dolphins makes me want to head back!

If you’re looking for a quiet island escape, this place is for you! This is the sleepiest little island we’ve ever visited which is exactly what we wanted. The location of this unit is right in the middle of two other buildings with a picturesque view of the pool and ocean. Every day we saw upwards of 15 dolphins right in the ocean in front of our room and one day a manatee even swam to the sandbar. The unit is stocked with everything you may need. Communication with the host was exceptional. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back. It was clean and very comfortable.

We had a great week at this condo. The location is perfect with a view of the pool and the beach beyond. It’s within walking distance to Piggly Wigglys and several restaurants. Our favorite, The Blue Parrot, was a 5 minute walk. The property manager, Jenny, was a joy to work with and answered our questions promptly. Would highly recommend.

Very friendly management and very nice place for the money. But honestly could be more happy with the service provided by management
