Beach Club Villa 31 - Luxurious Oceanfront! Pool!

We have stayed at Wild Dunes for years. We loved the views and location of this townhome. It was clean, renovated and had all the amenities. It also felt very private. Beach access was steps away. We loved watching the sunrise from the screened porch. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Amazing location- going to the beach with a little one was so easy & we liked walking down the street to the restaurants & playground as well. Check in was seamless & we had everything we needed & more.

We enjoyed our stay. The villa is very nicely appointed and clean. The location is great. We had one issue that the property manager addressed right away, which we appreciated.

The property was in great shape and just steps from the beach / pool. Very relaxed area, beaches are not crowded, and just a few minutes drive to lost of different restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location! Everything was great! except sofa in great room is very worn & uncomfortable and no where to sit in bedrooms, like a chair or something.

The view of the ocean is amazing and the beach is all sandy. Awesome !

Everything was excellent except: - A big miss in not having an indoor dining table especially since there is room for it - and having 3 bedrooms - more than 4 people want to sit together to eat. Yes there is one on the screened in porch, but it was too hot to sit out there to eat dinner - There was an odor in the primary suite - Water pressure was low in primary shower - Also would have been nice to have a chair in each bedroom - there was definitely room! - Emails from Deserving vacations was a bit confusing - instead of vrbo and it said to use the Lodgify app - In hindsight, this rental seemed more expensive than other similar properties in the same complex

A beautiful, extremely clean house right on the beach and a quick drive into town. We couldn't have been happier!

We were celebrating a friend's 70th birthday. The condo was just perfect for us and we loved the location right on the beach. Deserving Vacations was very responsive to all our questions and needs! Will definitely stay here again. Thank you very much!
