Beach Block! Pool, Roof Deck, 7BR/6BA, Sleeps 16

The property is excellent. Very roomy with lots of small secluded areas if you need some quiet or privacy. Well equipped with kitchen appliances, utensils and cooking gear. Spacious rooms and baths. Literally a 5 minute walk to the beach. Short drives to the boardwalk and other Rehoboth businesses and restaurants. Short walks to Dewey Beach restaurants. Ample room for the whole family to have a meal or game together, inside and out. The management crew were very and quickly responsive to a pool heating issue. Resolved it to our complete satisfaction. My entire family and I voted to try to rent again for our next Delaware vaca. As close to a perfect venue as you can get.

Amazing home in an excellent location with highly responsive property management support. My husband said he would come back, (and he’s only done that one other time in our many years of using VRBO and other rental apps).Lots of conversation spaces, hang outs, deck chairs, etc. Rooms with twin bunk beds are definitely for smaller people. I would not recommend trying to pile in full-sized kids/ young adults. As with all of Delaware, bring something to ward off mosquitoes early and late in the day.

Awesome house - especially for a group or family - in a fantastic location. Pictures don’t do it full justice - tons of space both indoors and outdoors. Check in process was very easy and we had no issues at all. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed at this home last year and loved it so booked it again this year. It is perfect for our family and in a perfect location. We could walk to restaurants and bars and totally enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location! Steps from beach, inground pool & can walk to restaurants or a short drive. The house was clean and well furnished with lots of lovely outdoor seating areas

Nicest place we have ever stayed.

Our big group of family & friends loved this house. Beach is so close I went every morning to watch the sunrise. Plenty of space inside the house for big groups to gather but also for privacy & for individuals to work remotely. We enjoyed big dinners by the pool and 2-3 daily visits to the beach, which is essentially in the backyard it’s so close. We walked to the nearby grocery for excellent produce & deli sandwiches. Easy quick drive to Rebobeth for excellent restaurants. And ice cream & some restaurants within walking distance. We appreciated that property manager responded immediately when we had a problem with the lock on the pool gate. We liked that our dog was welcome. The house was so welcoming & enjoyable that we already haved booked a return visit

This place is wonderful! Location made nearly everything walking distance. Lovely new renovations. The pool was a welcome respite from the soaring heat. The home has been very well maintained. Being pet friendly allowed us to be with our fur babies on vacay: absolutely loved that! A repeat for sure!

Everyone enjoys being at a pool over the beach except the youngest who are into sandcastles. Thus this was a perfect choice. The house floor plan allowed for different activities to occur. We all felt the front enclosed porch was a perfect place for leaving beach equipment and our shoes in order to keep the house neat and clean. Second floor addition was amazing and the house decor made it inviting.

Spent 3 nights here over Memorial Day weekend and it was a blast. Perfect location to beach and walking distance to the restaurants/bars around Dewey. One change would be to have bed sheets and towels provided for the stay.
