Great villa in a quiet, friendly location. Very close to the beach, local bars, restaurants and small grocery store. Great for families and relaxation.

This villa is absolutely wonderful. We rented it for a full month and had a variety of family come and join us there. It is really well laid out and everything is provided is of a high quality. It is beautifully clean and the hosts come in once a week and change all the linen and towels and clean through thoroughly. It is in a fantastic location walking distance to the beach, amazing restaurants and even a small supermarket.We would definitely recommend staying at this villa, it really was a home from home. Koulla and Michael were lovely, there were supplies in the house when we arrived late at night which were very welcome. They were easy to communicate with and answered any queries we had promptly. Bayview gave us an amazing month in Cyprus. Thank you, Koulla and Michael

A wonderful week in a perfect villa. It's in a great spot and equipped with all you'd need.

We have travelled to Pissouri many times and chose this villa because of its location, few steps from the restaurants and 5/10 minutes from the beach. The villa was amazing, so clean and the pool/space outside was perfect. Four big beautiful bedrooms, one en-suite and a main bathroom. Everything had been thought of by the owners, one of the best villas we have stayed in. Communication with the owners was brilliant too, replied straight away and entry to the villa was easy. Thank you so much for the welcome items, they were much appreciated. We would not hesitate to stay here again, we had two grandchildren with us as well and it was perfect for them, especially the pool and children’s play areas. Thank you.

Absolutely deserving of five stars. The villa was immaculate, exactly as seen in the pictures and every little detail was thought of, including the welcome pack which was much appreciated due to our late arrival, the well equipped kitchen and toiletries, and pool towels on request. The hosts were extremely helpful, quick to respond to any queries we had and took pleasure in showing us how to set up and use the rotisserie bbq. Dream villa, perfect location. It's rare to walk into a holiday rental and immediately realise it's as good as the description. Spotlessly clean, with some wine, fresh fruit and basic provisions included. Koulla and Michael dropped in to check everything was ok, and helped organise a maxi taxi for dinner at The Bunch of Grapes (recommended by the way).Pissouri bay is a great location, with plenty of food and drink options, and a small supermarket.Overall - great property, great hosts and village.

Bay View villa had everything we needed for a relaxing stay in a quiet beach resort. We enjoyed the location, a short walk to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops and a short drive to areas between Paphos and Limassol. The outdoor area was lovely with garden and shaded eating and an outdoor kitchen. The villa had nore than enough space for 8 guests. Our late arrival meant that we appreciated the generous welcome pack.

Fantastic villa which is a short walk from the beach and several good tavernas. Lovely well maintained property and pool, WiFi and plenty of room for everyone to find space of their own. Well appointed kitchen with everything you need and welcome pack was most welcome. Supermarket near by as well as the best dive school on the planet. We will be booking again if we can find a slot as this villa is clearly a winner for many and many return year on year as we know hope to do. Clean, cool and welcoming. The hosts are excellent and pool super large and clean. Lovely shaded car port too which was needed at 35 degrees!

The Villa is in a prime location within easy access to the beach and restaurants. The Villa is fabulous with all of the amenities you need while on holiday, it is extremely spacious and the outside space is excellent. The welcome pack was very much appreciated and quite extensive. Our hosts were welcoming and quick to respond when we reached out to them which we very much appreciated. We will definitely be visiting again and would highly recommend a visit to this Villa.

A superb property in an ideal family location. High range accommodation within walking distance of amenities including bars and restaurants. The pool and grounds are immaculate and safe. There is nothing that Michael and Koulla have missed - an excellent choice
