Very conveniently located, fully equipped comfortable home. We were in town for a conference and this was exactly the stress free landing pad we needed. Parking was easy, host was very communicative (and accommodating!) and we are already planning to stay here again the next time we are in the area. Maybe when it’s not cold and we can enjoy the pool! Pool was very nice and large, lots of seating with shade as well as sun available. House is very close to shopping. Kitchen well equipped with everything you need. Owner was accommodating and communicated well. Baby pack and play with extra thick mattress available. Beds and bedding very comfortable. Family area was very large/spacious.

Wonderful home to stay at while we were traveling in for a competition!

We loved our stay here! Very close to everything. Beautiful area! The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Easy check in. The beach umbrella was broke, I let the owner know, and they ordered one and had it shipped the next day! The pool area was wonderful! Can't wait to come back!

Our accomodations exceeded our wildest expectations. Clean, spacious, full kitchen, gorgeous tropical patio, world class amenities within a mile radius, in a neighborhood of 2mil homes. Asta is hostess with the mostess.

the villa was beautiful wish i was closest to pool but it was ok communication with owner was good love the private outside area x 2 actually very nice i would stay again, just wish it had more cooking options like frying pan small pot but no big deal had plenty tiwels that wasca big plus

It was short walk to Target. Short bike ride to the beach. The house was great! Clean, had everything in there we needed. The pool was very nice and relaxing. The area was a nice and quite. I would definitely come back.

Just about everyone on the flight back to Michigan shared the same agonizing story. Where was the sun and warmth?Anyway, this property is exceptional. The neighborhood is a hidden gem with restaurants and stores just blocks away and with easy access to the entire Lauderdale area. The covered patio is a great place to chill (freeze?). Glad the pool was heated. The house was very comfortable. Asta was easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again.

The Publix, Target, Mall, theatre a 10 min walk. We walk to the beach (a nice walk) 20 walk. Restaurants. Short Lyft or Uber drive to Las Olas Blvd.Like the joined units, still had privacy Would stay there again,

Great place and location. We tried our best to keep up with the kids and cleanliness of the property. Sorry for the leftover food in the fridge, it was forgotten.

The property was perfect for me and the kids. Bigger than i thought it would be. We were central location to lots of my friends, i lived in fl for 20 years. We made great use of the pool and close to the beach!! The water heater did click off but the owner had already mentioned in the note how to fix it if it happens. Super easy to do. Ps don’t run both showers at the same time. Great experience, would love to come again.

This property was wonderful! My wife and I stayed here with my 19 year old daughter and her friend while we were visiting my other daughter who lives there. Everything was just as advertised and Asta, the owner, was great in communicating when we had any questions. The onsite pool, though shared with the adjoining place, was perfect after a day at the beach! The grill was an added perk for those who like to grill like I do. We will definitely be back!
