Stayed Feb 17, 2026We liked the quiet neighborhood location of this house with on street parking. The bedrooms were a good size and well appointed.The living room equipped with a comfortable sofa and chairs. The kitchen well equipped, but it took a while to figure out the induction stove top. Artur, the manager attended to all our minor concerns promptly. When we Americans had too many electrical appliances on at one time and blew the main circuit breaker he patiently navigated us by phone through the process of resetting the main breaker outside. Also, he walked us through emptying the water from the ventless clothes dryer. Too bad we were there in winter and couldn’t use the pool and enjoy the patio. Also, this winter’s heavy rains and unusually cold temperatures made the house feel damp and leaving the space heaters inefficient. The fireplace pictured in VRBO is not operational. Overall we loved our month’s stay in the house with easy 25 mins walks, 6 minutes drive, to restaurants markets and Porta Delgada center. We would recommend a stay in this house.
