Athenian Riviera Pool Villa

This villa was perfect for our family vacation. We were a group of 7 with a few snorers in the bunch. The layout of the bedrooms was perfect with three bedrooms on the second floor and two on the third. The home is beautiful and a quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle of Athens. The home grounds are beautiful with a kids play area and a pool. The location was great for us and central to our trip itinerary that included a wedding in the Athens Riviera area. The host was very responsive and kind. My only recommendation is regarding the mosquitos. They somehow made their way in even though we used the screens. Make sure to bring insect repellant! They ate up my 3 year old within the first two nights.

The villa has everything you need for a special stay. The pool is great, the gardens and view are lovely and lefteris is easy to communicate with. One thing that would make the place perfect would be a little guide to local beaches/markets/supermarkets although we had fun exploring the area anyway! Thank you for a splendid stay.

The property is exactly as the photos show but even better! The inside of the house is simple, clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are updated and the WC on the ground floor with the shower was so useful. The stairs going to bedrooms are spiral and could be difficult for some. We spent all our time in the amazing outdoor area. The pool is perfect, so clean and wonderfully maintained. George our host welcomed us warmly and saw us off the same. As frequent Greece visitors we would definitely come back again! Thanks so much for everything!

Calm place, very convenient, great pool

The owner, Lefteris, was very helpful and accommodating. The property is high quality and set over 3 floors with some great sea views. A perfect place to relax and enjoy everything this property has to offer.

Great and very spacious property with a huge garden and a big (and deep!) swimming pool. Leftheris was very helpful when one of us needed to see a doctor. Make sure you have a car, the villa is on a hill and there are a few nice beaches just a short drive away! Would definitely recommend staying here.

The house and whole property is amazing! House is very clean and very well equipped. Beautiful, big and clean pool, stunning views from balcony. I truely recommend staying in the villa. Pls remember that its really helpful to have a car to visit Athens or go shopping. Hosts are very nice, helpful and flexible about arrival hours. I hope we will come back there one day.

We were 2 families (with teenagers) spending a week in May 2018 in this beautiful house. The house, the garden and the pool was fantastic. Lefteris, our landlord, was very kind and helpful. The house was perfectly equipped. And Lefteris has thought of all the details needed from the first day (such as tablets for the dishwasher, fresh soap in the bathrooms, etc). Lefteris also gave us useful tips on sightseeing, restaurants etc. An advice is that if you rent this house you will need a car. We can really recommend this house. We were fortunate enough to stay here for 5 days recently. The owner, Lefteris, was very helpful and kind. The pool is very clean and very well maintained. The yard and patios were all in very good shape. Each room was clean and well stocked with towels, sheets, etc. I recommend renting a car while staying at this Villa. You can gain access to the beach at the bottom of the hill. We used the facilities at Eden Beach Hotel, they had Chairs and Umbrellas available as well as Non -alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. We eat a few times at Mi Gusta at the bottom of the hill. Great daily dining specials, and they were very welcoming to us as visitors to the area. Bill Hanlon
