The Space:
Inside, this Assisi villa rental is set over two floors. In total there are 5 bedrooms, all enjoying an ensuite bathroom with shower and all located on the first floor of the villa. Please note that access to these is via an external staircase only. There is no internal staircase linking them. The master bedroom is particularly spacious with a large ensuite boasting a jacuzzi bath and 'his and her' sinks.

On the ground floor of this Assisi villa rental there is a large kitchen and a living area which overlooks the pool outside. There is also a second living area in the property with both formal seating and comfortable sofas and armchairs.

The property is tastefully furnished throughout and the decor of this Assisi villa rental is in keeping with a traditional Umbrian farmhouse. Exposed beams and terracotta beams add character whilst the furniture is high quality with wonderful hand-painted wooden chests and wardrobes. It truly is an opportunity to spend time in an authentic Italian villa.

The space outside is just as impressive. There is a private swimming pool and jacuzzi, open from mid May to end September each year. For those who like to eat al fresco, there is a wood-fired oven in the garden which is ideal for meats and pizza.

Pets are welcome on request but please note that there is an additional charge of 80 euros per pet to cover additional cleaning costs. This fee is payable locally on arrival.

Guest Access:
Guests have sole use of this Assisi villa rental and private pool but also have access to the communal facilities at the nearby resort which include tennis courts, a bowling alley, spa and bike hire. Some of these facilities are an extra charge, payable locally.

The Neighborhood:
This Assisi villa rental is located just 6km from the centre of Assisi. Just 2 minutes drive from the motorway, the setting is quiet and peaceful but within easy access to the main towns and villages of the area for those who wish to do some sightseeing during their stay.
