The house is an old eighteenth-century farmhouse owned by our family for about 150 years, renovated with the desire to maintain as much of the original features as possible. It is located on the first hills of Valdinievole and enjoys a superb view over the entire valley. In a strategic position to visit all of Tuscany: Montecatini Terme is just a few minutes away, Lucca and Pistoia can be reached in less than half an hour, Florence, Pisa, Chianti and Versilia less than an hour.

Stayed Sep 10, 2025We were absolutely blown away by this stunning and authentic Tuscan villa in Massa e Cozzile. The views from the terrace were breathtaking, and the location was ideal — just a short drive from Montecatini Terme’s town center. It was the perfect base for us, coming all the way from Australia, and so convenient for our family and friends flying in from Europe via Pisa Airport.The villa was spotless, spacious, and perfectly suited for our group of six. Pierluigi was an exceptional host who went above and beyond to make our stay truly unforgettable. Having parking for two cars was a great bonus, and the pool was a dream — perfect for children and easy to keep an eye on from the loungers or the terrace above.We couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing and memorable Tuscan getaway. Highly recommended!.

Stayed Aug 16, 2023The house is beautifully furnished and has everything you need, although when we were at home we spent most of our time on the terrace with the super nice view or in and around the pool. Pierluigi and his family live next door and he is very helpful if you have questions, but we didn't see them very often. The location is also great: Pisa, Lucca and Florence are all about 45min away by car and we found this beautiful free and fairly empty Spiaggia della Lecciona in Viareggio (also about 50min) – which was actually my personal highlight. I have already recommended the place to a colleague and will probably do so more often :)

Stayed Sep 25, 2019We saw this online and fell in love. It is just as pictured. Our host was very friendly, helpful with suggestions for food and visits and spoke excellent English too. Only thing he needs to do is that having a car is a must! Everything you need for your visit is there. We visited the lovely downtown of Montecatini, Lucca, and Montecarlo and Florence all within 10-30 minutes away. We drove to Parma for the day but that is about 1.5 hours away. Pool is a great plus too! Always clean and inviting. ( water was a little too cold for us Floridians!)

Stayed Sep 7, 2019Villa has beautiful views over the Tuscan countryside and has the best pool we have found in a villa. Property was well equipped and the owner was very helpful. Only drawback was the mosquitoes really.

Stayed Jun 10, 2019We spend wonderful days here. A beautiful house with a very friendly owner family. Loved the typical tuscan flair and smell of flowers. The estate is clean, safe and cozy in the middle of hills full of olive trees. We enjoyed cooling down in the pool, breakfast, lunch or dinner on the terrace with a nice view. It's a good spot to reach cities like Firenze, Lucca, Pistoia or Pisa or just a short walk up to Massa.
