Stayed Sep 17, 2022We had a fabulous stay for a week in Sergio's apartment. I can usually find some suggestion for the host. I am going to have to dig deep to find one here. Maybe a guide to how the cable tv works? Otherwise, the apartment was squeaky clean and the decor was really tasteful. The Sole apartment is not pictured in the ad, but is really cute. Very nice furniture and kitchen equipment. Not the usual mishmash of utensils and pans. Beautiful views of the sea. The communication was great and checkin and checkout were a breeze. The town (Centola-Palinuro)was small enough to get around and large enough to have lots of restaurants and miles of beaches. We hated to leave.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This apartment exceeded our expectations - clean, modern and well furnished with a stunning view over the azure waters of the bay of Palinuro. Located on a hill above the famous Baia del Buon Dormire, the apartment is within easy striking distance of some of Palinuro's most beautiful beaches and is elevated enough to benefit from the shade of pine trees and sea breezes which lower the temperature and make for a welcome retreat from the heat - both during peak sunshine and the evenings. The apartment was large enough to comfortably accommodate our family of five and was maintained and furnished to a very high standard. Our hosts, Sergio and Rosa, could not have been friendlier. They were attentive, without ever imposing their presence, and were happy to suggest day trips and the best local restaurants - notably Molly's in Palinuro for pizza (probably the best I've ever tasted) and I Tre Gufi in Pisciotta (astonishingly good sea food). I'd also recommend L'Osteria U Brigante down a dirt track directly opposite the Deco supermarket. Sergio and Rosa were so kind and the apartment was so well situated that we're already planning to stay there next year. It really was a dream holiday.
