AMORE RENTALS - Villa Stone on the Sea with Private Pool and Garden

The villa was excellent and suited out requirements for an extended family holiday. All 8 of us enjoyed our stay. There were a couple of small end of season opportunities for improvement which we shared with Amore to pass onto the owners, but I would thoroughly recommend this property to others. The location was excellent with food views. We worked out an easy 30 minute walk into Massa Lubrense that avoided the main roads. It was a bonus that this was a property that kept the pool open until the end of October.

Great location for exploring the Amalfi Coast and the surrounding area! Beautiful view and lovely home with excellent outdoor space. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Well appointed kitchen, although a little smaller than expected. Much appreciated parking for vehicles. The house manager, Giuseppe, was incredibly helpful and friendly with excellent recommendations for local restaurants and other places to go. Our group of 7 was very happy with our stay! Only drawback: There are limited restaurants within close walking distance, although there are some restaurants that offer free transportation to/from the home.

This was a beautiful place to stay. It is a little far from town but it’s perfect if that is what you are looking for.

Daniela was a fantastic host! She was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect during my stay. The place was clean, cozy, and just as described in the listing. This listing was absolutely incredible. It is a bit far from the touristy things it was a total unique and local experience. The host was very accommodating and help us with vehicle transfers from the train. This villa was gorgeous and I wish we had more time there! 11/10 experience

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. However, there was practically no Wifi and no phone signal. Guiseppe, the manager was extremely helpful and made our time there more enjoyable. One bedroom did not have any air-conditioning, and the owner would not even provide a fan.

Villa Stone on the Sea is an absolute gem of a property - the villa is spacious, well equipped, tastefully decorated - and the garden and pool are fantastic. The view is absolutely incredible, perfect to enjoy watching the incredible sunsets and the glistening lights of the Bay of Naples at night. It was very difficult to tear yourself away from it! The villa location is perfect - high on the mountainside, 5 minutes drive from the lovely town of Massa Lubrense and 20 minutes from gorgeous Sorrento. Correspondence with Amore Rentals prior to our holiday was relatively seamless; the local property manager, Giuseppe, was outstanding - he was always on hand via Whatsapp to answer any queries or offer any advice on transportation etc. Our arrival at the villa was much later than expected (in the early hours of the morning after a nightmare of a journey), but Giuseppe was in contact with us to make sure we arrived safely, providing directions and had bought us some essentials to stock the fridge for our arrival. He also advised us of a planned local water turn off, but supplied us with large plastic containers so that we could stock up in preparation. He is very professional, very friendly and approachable - a real credit to Amore Rentals! There were a few very minor points to address and these have been sent to Amore Rentals directly, but in no way did they affect our enjoyment of the holiday and I would certainly recommend staying at this amazing villa to anyone!

Beautiful property, awesome host!

The view was absolutely amazing. Incredible property manager - Gisuppe! Our stay would never has been as fabulous without him! He is a wealth of knowledge and so helpful. A deep cleaning of the inside of the property and some fresh pillows and furniture covers in the family room would take this property to the next level.

We spent 10 days in this beautiful villa. The property manager Giuseppe met us at the property and gave us a tour of the house and explained to us where we could go. Anytime we contacted him he always was helpful (even before we arrived) We had a few issues with ants in one of the rooms upstairs and when we contacted Giuseppe he sent us some powder. The pool was always cleaned. Kitchen had mostly everything ( but no paper towels or foil paper or cling film ) and it had only 2 tea towels. Kettle was leaking and we mentioned it on the day we checked out so that they can replace it. The bus stop is just down the road and we found it very handy as we did not want to drive into Sorrento. We had a fabulous holiday and highly recommend this villa. Also the office amore very accommodating ( we bought few things from Amazon as we did not want to bring with us and they accepted the delivery and kept it for us until we arrived ) The villa is hard to find with waze /google maps we discovered that the best address to put is ~Via Turro Another thing i would mention is that there are no supermarkets or shops within walking distance! the closest is approximately 2 miles and as the road are very narrows you cannot walk anywhere (no side walks!) We highly recommend this property for your holiday!
