Stayed Oct 6, 2025My friends and I loved this place. We had a beautiful ocean view and we were right beside the pool area. Just walk through the gate to the pool and then you could also go ahead to the beach if you didn’t want to be at pool. Beautiful place and clean and we had everything we needed. They also had 4 beach chairs which they failed to mention so we had brought our own which was fine.

Stayed Jun 11, 2025This place was perfect for me and my family! The room is on the ground floor right beside the pool and beach entrance! It's also right across the hall from the luggage rack, so unloading and loading was super quick and hassle free! You also have your own water spicket at your patio. Very clean and spacious. There was 6 of us total, including 2 small kids. Just as described and pictured. Would definately recommend!

Stayed Feb 28, 2025This is a nicely decorated, clean, well-supplied condo on the beach. This unit is on the first floor right next to the pool. While it is a negative that the pool pumps are right outside the unit and hum louder than the sound of the ocean, the price reflects that, in my opinion. The hosts also provide a welcome basket and other little things to make the stay convenient and the condo welcoming.

Stayed Oct 6, 2024This condo is great! We loved the location and ease of getting to the beach. One real bonus is being on the ground floor and still having ocean views. Our family loves Amelia and this condo and hosts were very accommodating. Hate that our stay was so short. We will be back!

Stayed May 23, 2024My husband and I have been to Amelia Island many times. We loved this condo. It’s well equipped, comfortable, and convenient. Everything was as expected and more. Lots of nice touches, new washer and dryer, and more. We will be coming back and renting this unit.
