Amazing Spacious Villa in the perfect location! Steps to the Beach & Town!

This house did not disappoint. It is an amazing Villa close to the beach and the town. We were a group of 8 and never felt crowded. The kitchen had everything if you wanted to stay in and cook. All the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Extra towels, sand toys, kick boards and a full sized washer and dryer are in a separate room on the side of the house and down a couple of steps. We left all of our snorkeling gear down there instead of bringing it back with us. Bruno (local manager) is the best. Very knowledgeable and quick to respond when you contact him. He was very helpful in arranging our transportation to and from the airport.

Great location. They have filtered water so no need to buy bottles. Lots of beach stuff in basement. Laundry in basement was great. Bruno was awesome. 10 minute walk to PDC.

The pictures on VRBO did not do this house justice! We had a great time at the house. It’s a great location near 5th avenue (8-10 minute walk) and the beach (3-5min walk). The pool was so welcoming with the heat. The pool is not heated but it did not matter. The views were spectacular. Bruno was wonderful and always available to help us with anything we needed. If we come again, we will definitely stay again. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else! Thank you Bruno and Passalacqua family for having us. Muy fabuloso!

The house provided perfect accommodation for 2 couples, one single adult and three grandchildren aged 12 to 17.all with their appropriate privacy and bathrooms. There is comfortable seating everywhere. The location is ideal and private. There was some construction noise during the day as workers were finishing a new condo building behind, The property manager, Bruno, was excellent as he responded quickly to any issues that arose and was very helpful in connecting us with transportation for the family on tourist outings and getting us to and from the airport. He also recommended the service of Laura, a local woman, who we engaged to provide a complete Mexican dinner at the house. It was the best authentic meal we had and we would have hired her again that week if we hadn't left it to the end of our holiday.The only problem we encountered was that many of us had cold showers until we eventually learned that you had to wait almost 2 minutes for the hot water to reach the upper floor rooms. The beach was closer than we anticipated which made early morning beach walks easy. The definite highlight of the house was the pool on the 3rd floor terrace in which we all spent many hours at various times of the days and evenings. We had a great time at Casa Passalacqua. R. Our family had a wonderful time at Casa Passalacqua. Very comfortable house, with bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us. Bruno, the property manager, was extremely helpful, from booking our transfers from and to the airport, recommending a chef for a beautiful family dinner together. greeting us upon arrival and answering all our questions. The beach was just a short walk away, maybe 2 blocks, and we loved the beach. Walking to the shops and restaurants was also just a short walk. Thank you, Eleanora, for a great trip!

We really enjoyed this house. It is beautiful and spacious. The pool is small - more jacuzzi and less pool like. Short walk to the city central and far away enough that it wasn’t loud. There is a security check point before coming into the community so we felt very safe. The beach was just down the road!We had young kids with us so we didn’t spend much time on the upstairs deck but there is a grill there.The house manager is super responsive when we had questions! (I would recommend updating the binder that had all the info since it was outdated.) Otherwise, we loved our week there!

The location was amazing. Everything was within walking distance. The property itself was as advertised and was clean. Great communication with the host and property manager.

Our family enjoyed a week at this property for Spring Break. We are a group of 3 couples and one baby. The home is spacious and was more than roomy enough for all of us. The baby even enjoyed her own room which was situated across the hall from her parents bedroom. There is a large top deck with lounge chairs, a comfy seating area, and a table with chairs that really isn’t obvious from the pictures in the listing. On that top deck there is a grill as well, which we used a couple of times to grill burgers while looking out on the ocean. The jacuzzi was a great place to relax after sunning on the beach. The jacuzzi is not heated, but that was ok because it provided a cool retreat after a day in the sun. Elenora was quick to respond to all of our questions when booking and her property manager, Bruno, took great care of us when we arrived. He was very quick to respond to all of our texts and went out of his way to provide a high chair and Pack N Play crib for the baby. Bruno also made sure we had plenty of drinking water, which arrived at the front door like magic! The beds were very comfortable and all of the bedrooms had an adjoining bathroom with exception to the bedroom on the main floor. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. The closest access to the beach is a short walk away, and maybe a 10 min walk to the 5th ave shopping/ferry area. If we have the chance to visit Playa del Carmen again we would not hesitate to stay at Casa Passalacqua! Perfecto!
