Ca' di Vestro is located on the top of a high hill in the valley of the river Arno, reachable through a steep but very well maintained road of 1.5 km, which can be covered with any type of car. Once at the villa is like nudging the clouds, with a splendid and wide view of Valdarno. Peace and quiet await you in this place, no noise other than those of unspoilt nature. From Ca’ di Vestro it is possible to move quickly,thanks to the good road network at the bottom of the valley, which connects the city of Arezzo (20 km) and Florence (60 km). The nearest shops are in San Giustino Valdarno, 3 km away.

Enclosed swimming pool, large equipped green area and photovoltaic panels. Around the house, a large green space all fenced and equipped. At guests' disposal a table tennis, a small house with barbecue, wood-burning oven and sink and a nice furnished porch, a quiet setting where you can enjoy a glass of local wine or an outdoor dinner with typical local products that you can buy from the owners. The photovoltaic panels make the villa independent from traditional energy sources and enhance its ecological orientation. The swimming pool, completely fenced (mt. 5x10, depth mt. 1,40 - open from 01st May to 30th September), overlooks the valley from a natural terrace. The furnishing of the house, made up of antiques, is rational and comfortable, we really like its simplicity, you will have everything you need (dishwasher, oven, freezer, safe, mosquito nets, washing machine, satellite TV, Wi-Fi Internet access, fans ...) in a simple, tidy and relaxed style.

Ca' di Vestro is part of a large farm and is surrounded by 4 hectares of beautiful olive groves where the owners have specialised in the organic production of extra virgin olive oil of high organoleptic quality, which you can taste on request.
