What a find! A beautiful, delightful town with so many fantastic places to visit nearby too. Alda is very welcoming, kind and thoughtful. The apartment has everything you could possibly need. Grazie Alda :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Loro Ciuffenna, and Alda was a wonderful hostess.

Alda was the perfect host, attentive, kind, resourceful. We were greated warmly and treated like family. There were treats when we arrived to this sparkling clean suite with it’s own parking place for our Fiat Panda. Whatever we could wish for or need was present or available. Alda was always within reach and communication with her was easy. We completely enjoyed the town, the local restaurants and how close by other villages were. We travelled back roads to mountaintops and had access to major highways within about 15 minutes. In all a perfect place to stay, comfy beds and glorious church bells.

Alda was very hospitable and welcoming as we checked in to her lovely home in the medieval village of Loro Ciuffena. The home was charming and spacious and reflective of the authentic experience of staying in an Italian Tuscany village. And the garden overlooking the village was an extra bonus. Alda was easy to communicate with and accommodating to our check in schedule. She even greeted us with a bottle of wine. I would highly recommend this experience!

Loro Ciufenna is a beautiful place and a good base for visiting Florance and whole Tuscany. The apartment is nicely decorated and well equipped with everything we needed. And there is also a garden with a gardenhouse where you can spend evenings drinking wine by the fireplace. Alda's house is beautifully located in the center of Loro Ciufenna. From the window we could see the clock tower, a few minutes' walk was an old mill and a river. A dozen or so minutes of walk separated us from Gropina and the chapel, which I consider to be one of the most beautiful in Italy. On the same street is a great bakery, in which we supplied delicious bread. Alda as a host was great. We were nice welcomed with a glass of wine and presents. In the following days she was also helpful and friendly and gave us all the information we wanted. I will never forget her warmth and care which she showed us on the last day of our stay, when our daughter was hospitalized. By resigning from her plans, she accompanied me to the hospital, helped and encouraged. Thank you very much, Aldo! You are wonderful and we all greet you warmly. Multo grazie Alda! Our apartment exceeded our expectations! It was wonderful, and the village was lovely. The garden and garden facilities were perfect, and our hostess was warm, fun, caring and helpful. We loved our stay here and I plan to come back again in the future, with my husband.
