Overall a really nice accomodation, and Gordan is a perfect host. Really spacios and old stonehouse with a nice wiew over the hills with olivetrees.

My opinion can be summed up in one sentence - It was a great holiday. The house is very spacious with plenty of privacy. Equipped with everything you need. Noteworthy is the wonderful terrace on the top floor with a beautiful view. We spent our evenings there and even made burgers on the grill. The location of the house is an incredible advantage. It is close to everything, including the beach, shops, a vegetable market and restaurants. Special thanks go to our Host - Gordan. He was very helpful, understanding, he gave us his time showing us around the city and giving us instructions on what and how. I recommend the location to everyone, because you will surely leave satisfied!

A big house, great for a big family. Very good location, you could walk everywhere in just a few minutes. And a very kind and serviceminded host in Gordan Kollay.

Overall the accommodation was ideal for our party of 6 adults and 3 children. Based on the photos and description our expectations were all met and many were exceeded. The layout of the property was perfect and the added bonus of outside space and a barbecue was welcome. We were especially pleased with the facilities available in the kitchen. Just a few personal niggles however like unpredictable hot water supply, hard mattresses and poor noise insulation inside the house. Overall we were all very pleased with everything which is pretty good as our ages ranged from 2 years to 60 plus! Gordan was extremely helpful at all times. His pre-arrival information was first class and the tips and hints he gave us on arrival proved very useful. He was always on hand for any issue and resolved our few minor problems immediately. Great accommodation, great service and great value for money. Highly recommended.

The property is in the heart of the delightful town of Sutivan, within a short distance from the harbour, beach and centre of town which has all facilities including some good restaurants. The house is extremely well set up for a holiday with plenty of space for relaxing as well as large airy bedrooms and small lounging spaces outside these rooms. A wonderful bonus is the expansive roof terrace with BBQ with views across terracotta rooftops to the church and mountain backdrop of the mainland, and towards the hillside olive groves on the other. Host Gordan was most welcoming and gave us a comprehensive tour of all the facilities of the house and a walk around town when we arrived which was extremely helpful. Thoroughly recommended for a small group of friends or family holiday.

There were 8 of us (two families with two children each). The house was beautiful. Lots of space for us to spread out and very well equipped. On arrival Gordan showed us round the house demonstrating how everything worked. We then received a tour of the village which was fantastic. The house is literally 2 mins from the lovely pebble beach (great for snorkelling) and even less to the supermarket etc. We spent a week at Gordan’s beautiful home and thoroughly enjoyed it. Gordan was always quick to respond to any of our questions and was happy to assist us with car hire bookings etc. If we return to Sutivan we will definitely return to Gordan’s stunning house. We are very satisfied with accomodation and everything we got. The house is very comfortable and very well furnished. The rooms are clean. Property manager is extremely kind, friendly and assistant. Also, town is small, but very nice. The house has an excellent position.It is near to the beach. Including all that, we have to say that we had really great time. We enjoyed being on this beautiful island. So, we recommend you to visit this place, enjoy Croatian sea and stay in this big nice house.
