Duncans Villa a 3 story spacious 14 bedroom home, nestles in the hills of Trelawny bordering historic Falmouth and 35 minutes away from Montego Bay. This property has spectacular views of the Caribbean sea as well as scenic mountain views. Providing guest with an authentic Jamaican experience minutes away from alluring beaches, Martha Brae, Chukka Cove, local restaurants, green field stadium home of jazz festival and 40 minutes away from Dunns river falls. Villa sleeps up to 40 guest, great for small or large groups ( for large groups that do not mind sharing space the villa has total of 22 beds and 4 pullout coaches) can also accommodate individual travelers. Staff is also available to maintain the villa and provide support to
1st floor has small bedrooms 1 bed and a large bed room furnished with (2) queen size bed, flat screen TV, night stand and private shower.
.1st floor also contains, large common area with dining table, entertainment area, flat screen TV and bar. Pool table, foosball table and dart board are available for leisure.
2nd floor has 2 suites both having spectacular views. Mountain side suite has large balcony with sliding doors, kitchen with granite counter tops, bar stools and a quaint dining area. Living room with flat screen TV/cable. Suite has three bedrooms, 1st bedroom has (2) queen size beds, night stand and private bathroom with shower and jetted tub. Remaining two bedrooms, has queen size bed, night stand and shares a large bathroom.
Ocean view suite has a balcony with spectacular view. Large living room with flat screen TV/ cable, a quaint dining area and access to large kitchen. This two bedroom suite contains (2) queen size beds, night stands and small sofa bed.
3rd floor has (7) bedrooms furnished with queen size/ full size beds, side tables, flat screen TV with private bathroom. Bedrooms open to private balcony with mountain or ocean views. All rooms are connect to large furnished common area equipped with flat screen TV/cable and beautiful chandelier. Each guest has access to kitchen with refrigerator and microwave.

We had about 12 people in our group ranging from kids to adults. The home is beautiful but needs some updating. A lot of the doors didn’t close and the tub on the 2nd floor leaked the entire stay. The WiFi also was very weak and stopped working for 4 days out of our stay. The owners did communicate and eventually got it fixed. The staff on the property is very helpful and kept the place clean daily. The location is about an hour away from both Ochi and Montego Bay so it’s a lot of travel if you are planning excursions. The house is in the hills of Trelawny which is a very quiet town and not much to do. There is a beach close by which is clean and beautiful. This place is ideal for a group who will be staying in the house most of the time and enjoying the amenities of the home.

This property is AMAZING. We had a large group and anyone who organizes group trips know it can be hard trying to please everyone but our entire group was blown away. From the beautiful balcony views to the lovely pool. Staff is super friendly and was truly our second family. We LOVED Trish and our bartender was super fun. Our group is already planning to return every other year. Thank you for playing such an important part in our Jamaica memories. See you again soon :) -Kierra

I will be staying again. I would HIGHLY recommend this property, the villa, pool, and grounds were immaculate. The pictures don’t do it justice. This place was spectacular!
