The living room is warm and charming, featuring a built-in fireplace, roof fan, aircondition, TV and carefully selected furnishings that create a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere. A guest WC is also located on this level for convenience.

On the ground level, the sleeping quarters offer privacy and tranquility. The stylish master bedroom features a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom, while the cosy second bedroom offers a queen-size bed with a separate bathroom and shower. Both bedrooms open directly onto the lower terrace and enjoy immediate access to the garden, allowing guests to wake up to sea views, greenery, and fresh island air.

Thanks to its stone construction and thoughtful design, the house remains naturally cool during the summer months, eliminating the need for air conditioning and ensuring comfortable, restful nights.
