A traditional stone villa with private pool in a stunning location

We absolutely loved our stay in this gorgeous villa. Before we even got there, Poulcheria put my mind at ease by saying she would meet us at the port to help us find the villa, and she also recommended some car hire companies for me to be in touch with.There is a steep road leading down to it, but with a 4x4 it was no trouble. The villa itself was everything we could have asked for. The pool was lovely, and big enough to keep us, and our 12 and 17 year old happy.The bedrooms downstairs were lovely and cool, and the air conditioning helped overnight. We cooked and ate on the patio a couple of times and the kitchen had everything we needed.The view from the front over the sea is stunning and we enjoyed watching the sunrise there on our last day. Out the back, by the pool it is lovely to look over the mountain and the trees - the silence we experienced there was so nourishing after the hustle and bustle of UK life.The villa is spread out over a large area, which was great for us as everybody could find their own spot to escape to if they needed. Skopelos itself was great. We were glad we had a car so we could pick up supplies from the supermarket when we needed. The one down the road in Glossa was good, and the bakery over the road from it was a highlight! For bigger shops we went to one in Skopelos Town.Thanks for a lovely relaxing stay, it was just the recharge we all needed.

Staying in this house was an absolute blessing. It must be the most beautiful house on the island, nestled in the middle of a pine forest with a stunning view. Poulcheria, the host, was incredibly helpful—always available to assist us, whether with arranging boat transfers or renting a car. We can wholeheartedly recommend this place and will definitely return one day.

We couldn’t have wished for more - so thoughtfully and attractively appointed inside and outside. The choice of seating areas, each with its own magic, was so lovely. The gardens, terraces and pool area are beautifully planted and set out. You would never tire of any of the wonderful views from the villa. We really enjoyed the large outdoor kitchen just about every evening. The bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms on the lower floor were again so attractive in an understated way. Such a beautiful stone villa surrounded by lush greenery and perfect gardens one side and the sea the other. You will need a car and a 4x4 as there is a steep hill outside but we never found it a problem. Quiet and peaceful we enjoyed days lounging by the pool listening to the birds reading and days at the local beaches. Perfect place for total relaxation. We have been twice now and will no doubt go back as we loved it so much.

Beautiful villa in an amazing spot with outstanding views. Had all we needed. Thank you for the welcome water, olives and treats. Wonderful to be surrounded by olive groves, vineyard and lemon trees and the smell of lavender. Had a visit or two from two adorable cats, which was lovely. Our daughter loved the addition of the piano, which was a delight. Thank you

Poulcheria & Nikos, your villa is simply outstanding. It is absolutely as described, however, being there in person takes to another level. So many beautiful areas to relax outside with stunning views of the Aegean and surrounding countryside. From intial booking and throughout our stay, communication with the hosts was incredibly responsive. Nikos was amazing, even when our departure ferry unexpectedly changed for Glossa to Skopelos town, Nikos came to our rescue by transporting luggage for 4 adults from the villa to Skopelos port. This is truly a place to relax and enjoy the surroundings, but having your own transport is essential. Thanks again and hope to return some day.

We had a wonderful vacation with our two kids and a beautiful stone house and its romantic atmosphere and stunning view to the sea our favorite place to have the coffee in the morning! The host was very helpful and perfect in communication, so we had always the feeling to be well taken care of. We would definitely recommend this place to other families or others (e.g. 2 couples).
