A peaceful villa just minutes from Kefalonia's beaches

We stayed for four nights with our two children while we were travelling around Kefalonia. Xenia is a great villa and well maintained, updated from some of the photos in places too. It is a roomy villa for four people with super comfy beds and a big sofa, great to have a separate utility room too. The pool has the sun all day and is big enough for a swim and to play games, the garden is well maintained and has the classic Greek brick built bbq too, (most supermarkets sell charcoal). The bakery across the road is great for bread and treats and there is a well stocked supermarket and the fabulous Taverna Obelisk 10 mins walk down the road. We loved our stay and would book again

We had a great time at this villa, the garden and pool was amazing, and lit up at night, the pool lights only came on at 10:15 so we asked to change them, which they were happy to. The garden and pool are mostly private, just a path leading to a neighbouring villa. We never felt overlooked. The place was clean and tidy and fairly well stocked. Just had to get groceries and charcoal for the BBQ. There are quite a few restaurants within walking distance including small mini mart and a small bakery across the road. Air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms. There’s great outdoor dining spaces, sun lounges and umbrellas. Garden and pool is cleaned every morning around 7am. Good off road parking space. Short drive to beaches and argostoli. TV in living room has Netflix & prime video. Decent size fridge freezer. Hair dryers, washing machine, kettle etc all provided. Plenty towels and pillows. Key box easy to use. Overall, great place, would recommend!

As a family with 2 teenage daughters we very much enjoyed our stay at Villa Xenia and would highly recommend it. Great location to explore the island (by car), close to the airport, 10 minute drive from some amazing beaches We loved the private pool and the gardens were beautiful with their own vines, fig and pommegranate trees! Traditional bakery selling delicous breads and pastries across the street, small supermarket with everying you need, a couple of great taverna's and a patisserie/icecream shop in the village.

Lovely private 2 bed villa with pool only 10 minutes from airport but not on flight path. Very nice garden with colorful shrubs and parking for 2 cars. Well equipped kitchen diner, lounge space and 2 good sized bedrooms. Excellent wi fi and TV's in all rooms. Bathroom with bath and shower. Very good local restaurants and bakery, all within walking distance. Car advised if you want to explore the island.
