A beautiful modern luxury villa

Spacious and clean! Host was very helpful! We enjoyed it very much.

Our stay here for a girls trip was excellent! We had a little trouble with the door code when checking it but they immediately responded and fixed it. It’s a beautiful house! We would highly recommend it to others and would stay again!

Beautiful home that accommodated a group of 6 adults and two children under 3. Host was very responsive. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Pool and backyard was fun for a cookout. Lights/tvs electronics were a bit above our knowledge and took a little getting use to. House is near a circle k which was not a problem- actually came in handy when we needed small items. Good location for trips to downtown Naples and the beaches. Very glad we stayed and look forward to a return trip!

The host was great and the house was clean. The neighborhood wasn’t ideal and the neighbor to the west played loud music till 2am. Overall, it was a nice stay.

This home suited our family of 8 adults perfectly! It was very clean and spacious! The salt water pool was so nice and the water temp was perfect! The beds were very comfortable, could provide a lighter blanket for those warmer nights, and the fact that each bedroom has their own bathroom was excellent - this made it so easy for all 8 adults to get ready at the same time - although not everyone got a hot shower. There was no information binder regarding the house or pool, this would have been very helpful. The lighting system in the home is something we had never seen before and took us a bit to figure them out - this ended up giving us lots to laugh about. FYI the Goodnight button may turn every light and fan on or off in the whole house - depending on what -we were not sure! There were several little remotes in a basket on the kitchen counter that we had no idea what they were to? We spent a lot of time on the Lanai, it would be good if that furniture was updated to something a bit more comfortable as well as the couch on the main floor. We did use the grill one evening and it could use a bit of cleaning but worked just fine. The location of the home is the only reason we would give this home less than 5 stars. One evening the next door neighbor had some very loud music, we contacted the owner and it was handled immediately. The Circle K (convenient store/gas) is very close but did not cause any noise issues. Beach chairs and cooler to use in garage. Excellent Stay!

This place was great. Just as described. Nicki and Michael were amazing hosts and were always available when needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again next time I plan a trip there.

Our stay was an amazing! The house is gorgeous, clean and spacious. The screened in porch and backyard were so nice! Nicki was a great host and was extremely responsive to any questions we had. If our group ever comes back to Naples, we would definitely rebook!

My friends and I had a fantastic 3 days vacation in this wonderful property .We had absolutely no problems. Great host Nicki, who was very helpful. If I have to pick one thing that can be improved it will be the location. It is very easy to book. It was very easy to stay. It was absolutely easy to Follow the instructions and most importantly the property is absolutely gorgeous. But we were not expecting a Circle K right next to the property. But otherwise it is an incredibly gorgeous house. Lots of space and we really enjoyed the Stay.

We were very pleased with the house and all it had to offer! It was very clean and a perfect space for the group we had. We are looking forward to staying here in the future:)
