A 3-bedroom villa within in the popular Maras district

Location perfect for short walk into Dalyan. Excellent pool and area around the villa for sun bathing. Enjoyed the ground floor bedroom- like living in a bungalow ! Thought the information pack needed updating from possibly the previous owners. No mention of a number of things - TV instructions useless, water cooler replacement info. cooker, washing machine.Very poor Wi-Fi but that’s probably nothing to do with the individual villa.I’ll finish on a positive- very good welcome pack of food and drink. Huseyin was quick to respond when contacted.

Villa Ria is a beautiful well appointed villa with wrap around gardens and a lovely pool. There are ample sun beds and plenty of sunny and shady areas at all times. For my wife and I the location was just about perfect with a very easy 5 minute walk to the lively bars restaurants and shops, but which also meant it was very peaceful with no noise. Linda the host is superb at responding quickly and answering any questions you may have. We loved it so much we booked again for next half way through our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Ria in Dalyan in August this year. The beds were really comfortable and the open plan layout really suited us. We also loved the pool with a shallow end and the jacuzzi part. There were lots of comfy sunbeds around the pool and the garden area was excellent too. It was in a perfect position, close to a supermarket (5-7 min walk on the flat) and bars and shops yet it was also very quiet, especially in the evenings. We also enjoyed the generous welcome goodies and communication from Linda (the host) and Huseyin (the local property manager), who also arranged our taxis to and from the airport.It was our third time visiting Dalyan and my parents' 9th time and our favourite of all our accomodations over the years.We look forward to staying at Villa Ria again!

We found our arrival to the property went very smoothly and found the instructions user friendly. So lovely to arrive to simple instructions and a selection of essential food items to get our holiday started. Huseyin was on hand to help with any queries. The property is lovely and worked well for what we needed. The pool was kept clean and ready to use every day. The mosquito nets on the windows and doors work perfectly and are really needed! The air con is a necessity for us and made such a difference. The kitchen, was well equipped to include a water cooler, which is amazing! The only things I would request in addition, are a tea towel or two for washing up and a broom for the floors. Otherwise, a great property in a fantastic holiday destination. We will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It had everything you needed, clean, great location. Very private and chilled. Great communication. The only downside was it coming to an end !

Lovely villa and pool. We really enjoyed staying here. Lovely small town that is very friendly and feels very safe. Very easy 7 minute walk to a supermarket and the start of the ‘strip’ of restaurants, bars and shops. Really enjoyed drinking and eating at several bars and restaurants on the strip and on the riverside. We’d love to return!

Everything worked well - showers, air-con, beds etc. The Maras area is great, quiet but very close to shops, restaurants etc. Communications with owners and manager were flawless. No major criticisms at all.

Stayed at the villa Ria for a week four adults two with mobility issue one in wheelchair. The villa is fantastic besutiful gardens pool is fantastic comunication with the owner and the manager was excellence everything you need in a holiday it is about a 10 min wslik to the nestest shops and bars to far for my husband to walk but our friends with the wheelchair we ok we just got a taxi no problem i would definitely recommend Villa Ria its in a peaceful area but clise enough to all the amenities Dalyan has to offer

No pool.towels. bathroom towels were sub standard. Interior was worn and grubby. Poolside furniture needed to be cleaned by us before use. Management agent was prompt when

We had a lovely time staying here again! Linda and her colleagues were brilliant on helping with any questions we had, and the welcome basket was a really kind gesture, we will definitely be booking again, thank you all for a lovely stay.

We spent a week at Villa Ria in July 2024 - had a great stay and villa was ideal for a number of reasons. First off, the villa host Linda was really helpful and easy to deal with - responded really quickly to any queries I had an had some very useful recommendations - in particular the car hire company (thanks Linda - they were really excellent). Property manager Huseyin was equally very quick to respond and deal with any queries I had too. Garden/pool cleaner came in every day and was a lovely man too. The villa is just as described and we chose it based on the excellent reviews and Dalyan is an area I would like to return to again and if we do then I'd definitely chose Villa Ria again. Location is excellent so car hire is not required - it's about 5-10 mins walk to the shops/restaurants plus bikes are available which we used a few times too (and would have used more other than it was very hot during our stay). You can see the Lycian tombs from the first floor balcony as well - lovely place to sit and read a book. Pool was great - got loads of use out of it and water temperature was just right too. Overall had a great holiday and will hopefully return some day.
