We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and very nice ! Was close to the beach and the beach chairs included were a plus ! Would highly recommended this home !

Great location with bikes, beach buggy, and great chairs

This was a clean, nicely stocked, well-decorated and professionally managed unit. The kitchen had everything we needed. The place appeared to be recently renovated and everything was in excellent condition. We loved the proximity to VanderMeer Tennis Academy. Within Forest Gardens the location was idea. It is a corner unit at the very back where it is quieter and there is some privacy. Since it is a second floor unit, you don't have to worry about the noise overhead. The management company is thoughtful and was very helpful when we were having a small issue with the smoke detectors. The batteries went dead and it was beeping. Somehow I missed the batteries they thoughtfully provided under the sink, and someone (Dan) came and helped me, PLUS loaned us a cable my kid needed for a toy. Talk about going above and beyond! Island Rentals is the best on Hilton Head. I strongly recommend this unit, and would rent it again. Thank you!

Good location on Island. Property management was easy to work with. We were there for 2 months. Most neighbors were owners or long term tenants. Friendly folks. Internet was sort of weak- needs attention. Limited cleaning tools.

We love to cook and found the kitchen to be well-stocked and a pleasure to cook in. It's a 10-minute walk to the beach and an easy bike ride to the Coligny shops, etc. We loved that it came with bikes and the beach cart!! Note that it's a 2nd floor unit (maybe not so great for folks with mobility issues) and the parking area is a bit of a walk, so I suggest using the provided beach cart when you arrive/depart to transport your things. Also, it overlooks a hotel parking lot, but is largely screened by trees & shrubs. It can be noisy at times though. The community pool is very nice and has both shaded and sunny areas depending on your preference. Highly recommend, especially of you are tired of old, dated units and want something bright and newly renovated.

Everything we could of ask for and MORE. Check in and Check out was easy-peasy. The condo was beautiful, and spit spot clean!! The beds were comfy, and showers had great pressure, which we really appreciated, you dont have that often. The location and being able to walk or bike to beach, to Coligny, and grocery store was super convenient. Traveling with an 8 month old and having to bring along so many supplies, it was so nice not to have to pack beach chairs or beach wagon. Everyone at the pool was super nice, basically as I said, it was PERFECT.

It has all the things you will need to enjoy a beach vacation.

Pictures were spot on!! Pool was lovely. Walk to the beach was a little further than expected but that was my fault for not checking. We had an issue with the slider door. Called the number and Joe was there within a couple of hours and fixed it right up, couldn’t have asked for better service. Definitely recommend!!

Spacious modern accommodations close to everything. We enjoyed riding the bicycle paths all around us as well as on the beach. Beautifully updated kitchen and bathrooms, relaxing swimming pool and a short walk to the beach. The balcony was perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine after dinner. the the morng. Adn

Condo was beautiful! All nicely updated. Comfy bed, clean bathrooms, clean kitchen, cozy atmosphere. Enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning listening to the birds. Having bikes included was a wonderful bonus! Beach chairs, beach, wagon, and umbrella alll included was wonderful.

Property was clean, well stocked, and great location. Decor is very nice. Internet was spotty but we were here between Hurricanes Helene and Milton so may have been reason. Loved it and definitely would stay again.

It is a short walk from the parking lot.Entering the unit on the first day we noted a little musty smell due to the humidity, but once we got the AC running it went away quickly.The until itself had plenty of bath towels, starter toiletries, & hair dryers. The washer and dryer are new & work great. Kitchen is stocked-pots, pans..etc. There were even a few spices. The water from the tap is drinkable, there is a water/ice machine in the fridge. The beds were clean & comfy.The unit does face the parking lot to an adjacent hotel, although the view from the deck is mostly blocked by trees & shrubs. We were a little disappointed by the noise from the parking lot at times, but it wasn't horrible and definitely could have been worse. The included bikes, beach chairs & wagon were great amenities to have. The beach is a short walk or bike ride. The sand on the beach is packed & easy to walk or bike on. Just make sure you exit the beach the way you went in! HHI is FULL of gated communities and it is easy to end up lost in one of these neighborhoods from the beach where some areas lack signs stating you are entering through private access.HHI felt very safe & everyone we met was friendly. We had a great stay at this property & would love to come back again!
