600m2 sea view house , 6 bedr, 7 bathr, 17 people ,private pool ,tennis court

Nice property but Sozopol in general needs another decade of development. 2-3 M villas surrounded by landfills and roads never repaired from the time of late Todor Zhivkov you can negotiate on a tractor only... Realities of post soviet era.

Well equipped house with a huge swimming pool (15x8m) and a nice view on the Kaminitsa bay close to Sozopol.

This house was awesome! Loved our stay for 9 nights in August 2019. We were 2 families of 9 people in total there was plenty of room in the house, almost list each other as the house is HUGE! Sozopol new town is 15/20 mins walk so easily accessible. A taxi ride is only 10 lev and there is a beach around 10 mins walk away. The house has every conceivable thing you could need for your holiday, the kitchen has every utensil pot and Ian you could need for cooking up any culinary delight! The pool is amazing lovely and spacious and quiet (well when the kids aren’t there) There is tonnes of outside space to enjoy too. Would highly recommend the only problem is once you get accustomed to this not a lot else compares!! : - )) Hopefully going back soon!

This is a great base for a Black Sea holiday. The house is huge and has every conceivable facility - walk to the beach, walk to restaurants, huge pool, tennis court, pool table, table football, table tennis, great kitchen etc etc. Overall I'd highly recommend it. There is tonnes of space for everyone to have their own room; lots of space to hang out by the pool and yet it's a short walk to an amazing beach. Supermarket is 5 mins drive and Sozopol only 15 mins away. I'd say the air conditioning could be slightly more effective but that would be it,

The owner was there to welcome our family group of 10. The house is secure and has plenty of room for family members to have quiet time away from children if required. There are safety gates around the pool, which we used every day, and the stairs, but these can be a bit tricky to close. The pool was the main feature for us and there are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas too. The kitchen was generously equipped for a large group and Lidl is close by. The down side is that there are a lot of ants and flies (late May 2018) and some plug in repellents would be a good addition and also a fan or two to help disperse the flies and the heat when it gets hot. The air conditioning in the far bedroom (near the utility room) needs attention. We requested double beds (in the UK we have zip and link, which serve the purpose for a variety of combination of families/friends) but in fact there is only one and this is supplied with two duvets. The rear bedroom cannot be accessed from the house, which is not totally clear from the floor plan, so became unusable for us who cannot think of children being outside or parents being away from their children. We were at the beginning of the season and the garden would benefit from a tidy up but this didn't detract from our fantastic stay. The taxis we ordered, were a bit confused from the Via Pontica road, so the addition of the number (192) on the bottom electric gate would help! However we had a really good holiday, the pool was the main event which was maintained and checked every couple of days. Thank you

The house was amazing, with large rooms, nearly all of which had stunning sea views. It was exactly as described on the website and came up to all expectations. It was extremely well equipped and had excellent facilities. The garden was also spacious with large pool, plenty of garden furniture, tennis court and barbecue. The staff were wonderful and looked after us very well. The owner was also very helpful. Thank you from me and my family for a wonderful holiday!

Very well equipped house with large rooms in own landscaped private gardens with nice pool and tennis court in good location convenient for Sozopol town and Kavatsi beach. We were party of nine and had a very enjoyable holiday
