Great communication with Cedric to arrange our weeks holiday in this very well placed property with a superb heated pool. Great layout to property which would be ideal for larger family groups and was an absolute joy for just the 2 of us. Area was lovely to visit, beach within 5 miles by car however there is a cycle route via the nearby lake which is a haven for water birds and other birds. We had superb weather and spent a lot of time by the pool but a day driving into the hills was also a day well spent with fantastic scenery and the possibility of canoeing if you wanted. I was able to park at the property with no problems both on 1 of the 2 drives or the road with no problem and the whole area felt very secure. We will have no difficulty in recommending this property to anyone, just don't all book it because we will need a free week for us next year.

We loved staying at this beautiful large property in a quiet street within easy walking distance of Vendres (and a lovely bakery). The pool was heated to a perfect temperature and was a good size for our family of 6 people (and greatly needed in the very hot weather we enjoyed during our stay!) The house itself is modern and very clean. The air conditioning was very well appreciated and kept the whole house cool during the hot weather. The outside dining table was kept always in the shade and was a lovely area to sit in at all times of the day. The house is very well located- close to the beautiful city of Béziers, and within an easy drive to Narbonne and Carcassonne. It is also within a 10 minute drive to a lovely beach at Vendres which was beautiful and never crowded (with easy free parking). We would have no hesitation in recommending the property. A beautiful, spacious quiet and peaceful house, with everything that you could need. Air conditioning was very welcome at times, but not needed too often. The spacious, covered outdoor dining area is excellent at any time of the day, and can seat a large family. The location is very convenient for all kinds of activities, with very nice cities/towns like Beziers, Narbonne, Montpellier and Carcassonne close by; and plenty of physical activities like beaches, zip-wire parks and caves nearby too. We never had to travel for more than 1 hour for anything. It's only 10 minutes drive from a very good, large supermarket which has everything you might want, including 7 days/24 hours fuel. It is a short and pleasant (4 minute) walk to get delicious bread from the local Boulangarie. The climate around the Beziers area seems to give a pleasantly hot summer day, with a nice breeze, but overnight temperatures that are quite comfortable. The heated pool is very nice - very clean and nicely situated. It's a perfect temperature (refreshing without being cold). The conveniently situated brick-built BBQ is easy to light and use. The host, Cedric, is very helpful, welcoming and friendly - a real gentleman. We would definitely return here - everything was excellent.

The holiday home with a pool and BBQ exceeded our expectations in every way. The house itself was beautifully designed and furnished, providing a comfortable and luxurious atmosphere throughout our stay. The pool was a definite highlight, allowing us to cool off and relax under the sun whenever we desired. The BBQ area was perfect for outdoor cooking and enjoying delicious meals with family and friends. Additionally, the convenience of parking made our stay hassle-free, and the great location added to the overall appeal. We were able to easily explore nearby attractions, access amenities, and enjoy the surrounding natural beauty. Cedric and his sister were lovely and very helpful; giving us suggestions on where to go and what to do. They would also go out their way to get anything we were missing / thought we would need! The combination of a well-maintained pool, a well-equipped BBQ area, a stunning house, ample parking, and a prime location made our holiday truly memorable. We highly recommend this holiday home to anyone looking for a delightful and relaxing getaway.

The house is nice and the environment is quiet. We were the 3rd guests in the house and some things were missing. Cedric is very nice and reacted fast when we informed him and brought the missing things (e.g. parasol). We enjoyed our vacation in Vendres.
