5 bedroom villa with pool in stunning clifftop location next to gorgeous beach

We had an amazing trip! Ben’s place is stunning and our second time staying at one of his homes! Ben was an amazing host and so helpful! He immediately showed up to help when we had a question about the pizza oven. Ben gave great local recommendations and he helped us set up a fishing trip. He recommend our FAVORITE restaurant Coco Maya! There are stairs to the navigate which were fine with our two older grandmothers. We will be staying with Ben again!

Everything about the property, the service, the communication, the villa, the views, the attention to detail, was PERFECTION!! The pictures on the website are great, but they do not do it justice. The views and the vibe are hard to describe with words. The place is heaven!! There were 6 of us, Mom, Dad, 2 adult kids and their significant others and we all felt the same, just a phenomenal experience. The villa exceeded our expectations, every bedroom had a balcony and an ocean view, as well as an air conditioner. The kitchen was fully equipped, we ate in a lot just because it was so hard to leave. The linens, towels, etc., where all super nice. Ben (owner) and his son Zebedee were super responsive. They helped with the transfers, rental car, chef, online groceries, etc. We also spent many days at the beach next to the villa (walking distance) & we had the entire beach to ourselves, it was amazing. We have stayed at other villas on Tortola and there is no way you can beat this place..........it's AMAZING!!

The house is stunning. You can tell how intentional the owners were in building not only the home but the grounds itself. Take time and walk around the courtyard and you will see the variety of tropical flora that surround you. Inside is a menagerie of antiques that add so much character to the home. The patio, infinity pool and lounge area which transitions into the living room oozes relaxation. Watching the sailboats float by across the sea from any of these areas, including the upstairs open air dining area and any balcony from any of the bedrooms calls you to the water. Rogues Bay beach is visible from the home and a short but steep walk away. This home is separated from the hustle of Road Town but it gives the vacationer an opportunity to experience a different part of the island. Ben and his son Zeb are readily available to answer questions. All of their recommendations from a car rental service to catamaran charter and scuba service were A plus. We hope to rent this home again. Tortola is a lovely island and there is so much to do. This Rogues Bay home managed by Ben is a great home base.

Stayed with our family and kids at the house for one week. Kids, teens and 4 year old loved it. The pool was incredible and the beach right down the road from the house was one of our favorite beaches. We visited the beach multiple times and never saw another person there. Clear water, white sand, gentle waves and gorgeous views. My kids said it was too amazing to be real. Definitely rent a car with 4 wheel drive, as hills can be steep. Easy grocery delivery and Ben had great suggestions for things to do in town. Highly recommend for a family vacation. Thanks!

We had a group of 9, we enjoyed our stay. We stayed for 2 weeks. Beautiful views . Open area in living room /kitchen to outside pool. Bedrooms have A/C. Lots of sitting areas outside and upstairs with nice grill bar area. Kitchen was well stocked . Make sure you rent a four wheel drive vehicle and go to a grocery store before you drive up to house. Very curvy roads and steep. We went to visit several island by ferry and visited beaches in Tortolla . Would love to return again in future. Views are gorgeous.

We spent 5 days at this property after spending a week on a catamaran going from island to island in the BVI. It was a perfect end to our trip. The host was wonderfully kind and generous. They helped us arrange fresh lobster delivery and were great ambassadors of the BVI. I could not recommend them more highly!

My group of 9 recently stayed at this villa and had a fantastic time. The place is even BETTER than the pictures - they really can't do justice to just how amazing a location and home this is. The house is on a cliff side, with rolling waves and ocean below. An open view from the living room with giant doors opens up on the infinity pool where you can take all this in. Plenty of areas to gather and sit, with an elevated outdoor patio with even better views and outdoor kitchen on the west side of the house. The beach is a short 5-10 min walk away. 5 bedrooms, with air conditioning, lots of space and great beds. The house itself is decorated nicely, with top notch appliances. We had an amazing trip, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.

The home and setting was beautiful. Be sure to rent a jeep or small suv in tortola - the roads are steep!

Thank you for a beautiful 2 weeks at your home. Ben was very helpful with everything leading up to our stay and even brought us pizza’s when we arrived late. We absolutely needed a car, we rented a boat for our stay and needed it to get to and from Nanny Cay. Ben was also very helpful giving us information on restaurants and where to buy our groceries. We took advantage of ordering our groceries to be delivered the day we started our stay. We will definitely miss this place!!
