This property exceeded my expectations in every way! Super clean, cozy, spacious and had everything we needed for our girls trip!

The property was clean, everything functioned appropriately, the communication with property management was timely and informative. The Ledges location is great for golf and for quick, easy access to restaurants and shopping. We could not have asked for a better option for our weekend golf trip. I cannot think of a single improvement. Bedrooms were large, beds were comfortable, bathrooms were adequate for 4 golfers staying in separate rooms. Gathering area was large enough for a much bigger group of you want a central gathering place. Grill, hot tub, television all worked perfectly. Great value. I would recommend this property to my friends and family if they were traveling to the St. George area.

The location right next to the pool was a major plus and made everything feel more relaxing and convenient.Inside, the kitchen lighting had a calm, yellow tone that I found serene—though my wife would disagree. Some fixtures like the faucet, dishwasher, fridge drawers, and back sliding door were a bit stiff or tight to use, but that’s common in properties that aren’t in constant use.The upstairs area was mostly kid territory, so I only went up a couple of times. I was hoping to find a shuffleboard or arcade machine, but instead found a mini foosball and mini air hockey. The kids still had fun with it.The TVs downstairs use built-in Smart TV apps, so no Roku or Google TV options. We used YouTube and other apps just fine. The Wi-Fi cut out once, but I got a response within 30 minutes and received new login details, which I appreciated.The A/C was locked at 77 degrees, which was frustrating at first—but my wife found a YouTube video explaining how to unlock and adjust it. We returned it to 77 before leaving, which makes sense for an unused rental.I tried out the hot tub once and it was in good shape. We also used the grill several times, which worked well, though the heat knobs were a little confusing and made it tough to tell the exact setting.There were two washcloths and several hand towels available. A third washcloth would’ve been helpful, but that’s a small thing.Most of these are just minor, nit-picky issues you'd find with any property. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here, especially thanks to the convenient pool access and quick customer service.

Very clean, super spacious & and I thought it was even better than the pics online. Great place for families or just couple and friends. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing property. Very spacious and quiet. Kitchen was well stocked. Great dinning room table for meals and games. Loved the hot tub and fire pit area. Would definitely come back.

We were so pleasantly surprised at how perfect the house was for our friend group!! The 4 bedrooms with their own bathrooms were so nice! The house was so clean and so quiet we didn’t want to leave! Very convenient to golf at The Ledges and we enjoyed a delicious dinner at the restaurant!Highly recommend. Starting at this property !!
